Is it wrong that I have literally just this second polished off half a twirl egg?! Loving the document idea - though I fear it may be rather long! :D

I really really try and half it correctly...it doesn't always work tho!

Yes I try half it correctly. Although last night I had to share one with my DS. Mortified was not the word when he cracked it one and the pieces flew everywhere. I was like a tramp finding pennies til I rounded them all up. I counter balanced the chocolate with the exercise. Clever eh!!! Xx

I had a smarties egg last night and was VERY disapointed at the taste.....easter eggs that are not cadburys are just a waste of cocoa beans.....hahah!!! I half mine perfectly, and then nibble around the picture in the centre (usually a chick on the cadburys ones ;) ) I`m not ocd...honestly!!

Baby Flynn is doing really well thank you :) He slept for 6 and a half hours Saturday night (10pm-4.30am) and I woke him in the end! Last night however, he was every 2 hours :( He was constipated all of friday and saturday, so was snacking all of yesterday as his poor tummy was so full up. He had a good clear out last night, so spent the early hours of this morning playing catch up!

I miss being pregnant already! And having time to spend sat on here chatting to u lot! I so wasnt ready to have this baby, I was in the sense I was hurting and sore from spd and bads hips, but emotionally no way, I was quite happy with him in there for a bit longer!

Strep B (cant recall who asked, laura maybe?) I was diagnosed with it with DD3, Dr gave me antibiotics, however the midwife told me its pointless being on the during pregnancy as strep b will be there one week, then gone the next, then back again etc etc. The only way to protect the baby is to have antibiotics during labour. This time, I was referred to a consultant and he said the same thing. They didnt even test me for it, I had the antibiotcs intravenously as soon as i got to hosp in labour. Altho was then told after I`d had him its only effective if u have it, and then its in ur system for 4 hours before the baby is actually born. If none of the antibiotics are in ur system, u and baby will be kept in for 24 obs xx

I don't do Nestle chocolate. It's rather sub standard. I agree about nibbling round the outside cos you get that thick bit of chocolate where the chick is. We are a sad bunch aren't we!!

Poor Flynn being constipated but well done on him for sleeping 6 hours. I keep meaning to ask you if grandma turned up and sofa hogged for 4 days?

Hope you're ok Lovecrafting, I'm sure baby is fine though :)

Day 2 of the loft conversion and we now have a very large hole in what was our bedroom ceiling! That's where the stairs will be going - it'll be our new dining room as our bedroom will be upstairs.

There is dust everywhere, nightmare. I keep hoovering but it's fighting a losing battle really - I just need to hope that my nesting instincts don't kick in before the building work is all finished, as I'll have a nervous breakdown!

I haven't had a single easter egg yet this year! I must admit though, I find the chocolate a bit thin to be really satisfying - I always hope and pray that one day I'll try to break open an egg only to find that it's completely solid...! :rotfl:

I have however eaten 2 chocolate biscuits, a jamaica ginger cake bar, and a homemade chocolate brownie :o Really craving sweet stuff at the moment. Fancy sticky toffee pudding - might have to make one of those tonight...!

Have had a lovely day pottering around (had the day off work). Did some washing, cleaned the kitchen, hoovered, got some keys cut, went up to the local shops to buy a few bits, made some brownies, kept an eye on the building work(!), and did a bit of research on mobile phones, as I need a new one. Might even dive into the 21st century and get one of these smart phone thingamys. Also sat in the garden for a couple of hours soaking up the sun, was gorgeous.

Right, must go and start on tea, thai green curry - yum! :D

No, Grandma hasnt made it up yet, I think she is leaving it until easter, esp now we may have to travel down there to see MIL at somepoint. Secretly glad she wont be up just yet :)

Um, not sure about Flynns name, I think its Gaelic, altho i`m thick and have no idea what that means??? lol Our Flynn is actually named after the character Sam Flynn in the film Tron. Theres a place called Flynns arcade in the film. DH and BIL spoke about the name a few days before BIL died so DH really wanted it as he knew he bro liked the name.

DH sister is pregnant (only 5 weeks) and weve been told that her name for a girl is Lila.....Dh is not happy, nor am I tbh as we have Lily, and its shortened to Lils or Li Lo. Lila would be Lils too :( Meh, stupid hormones winding me up again! xx

Well having a name picked at 5 weeks is quite forward thinking. I can understand why that would upset you. They are rather similar and like you say they would be shortened to the same kind of names. If either o my brothers did that I would be upset and I would never dream of doing it to them. But you are right, I'm sure your hormones are making it seem worse than it is. Keep your fingers crossed she will have a boy or changes her mind. xxx

Sounds like you have had a busy day BB1984. I wish I had that get up and go.
Good luck with the loft extension. You are very brave taking that on when you are pregnant xx
