Happydays, do you think we should start a 'pregnant and addicted to easter eggs' club? I'm sure there will be lots of people wanting to join!

Under no circumstances will my wife need to join that club. She's already a member of the "I want one of those" and the "chocoholics anonymous" and does not need any more encouragement. She hates it when I call her mrs fatso (on-board baby fat only, of course) but then moans when she worries that she won't be able to shift the weight once the stork pops past our front door.
So no, no more chocolate, no more easter eggs, you don't need them. *hands around a nice bowl of chopped apple instead*
*PS who was it who dipped the apples into the chocolate fondue?Having fun trying to save money without going over the top and living on budget food all the time...0 -
I'm steering clear of the Easter eggs out of fear for the future of my waistline (if there is one lol!) ...it's the sherbet fountains (25p in home bargains) that I can't leave alone0

Hi all
Lovecrafting - hope all OK, thinking of you.
 to whowants2brich and turtlemoose
Lola - that sounds like a lovely start to maternity leave
I had a 'back to work' meeting/supervision with my manager this afternoon after being signed off for a while with SPD. I feel very lucky as he was incrediably supportive, has proposed a flexible phased return and ways of reducing my caseloadI have definately decided to leave at 33 weeks and take 3 weeks annual leave before starting maternity leave immediately after, meaning I have 8 weeks left at work.
Hope everyone is well, labour vibes as always to boldies xxxMFW!

That is a brilliant idea. Maybe we could start a list and document how many we eat and what type. And just a random question, do you smash your egg open or try and half it correctly?DS1 born June 2000

Erm, probably best I don't document my eating at the mo  I am genuinely worried about going back to my usual diet, I'm not sure I want to go back there0

Is it wrong that I have literally just this second polished off half a twirl egg?! Loving the document idea - though I fear it may be rather long!
I really really try and half it correctly...it doesn't always work tho!MFW!
