This is my 2nd pregnancy with SPD, and its agony! My physio app was a group one, and we varied from 11 weeks and suffering already thru to 37 weeks. All we were given eas a tubee grip to wear around the bump. I wore it for one day and gave up as it was more of a pain (kept rolling down and getting in the way when i needed a pee!) A pillow between the knees def helps, as does painkillers. There isnt really alot else that can be done other than crutches :(

Lucy i know what u mean about the pee :( i been wearing panty liners and am seriously thinking about *upgrading* to something else :/ Also, be sure it def is pee, as my Aunt was thinking she was peeing for 3 days b4 the midwife checked and found her waters were trickling!! I was a teenager and thought it highly hilarious she`d been telling us she`d been wetting herself when she hadnt! Baby came on his own that night anyway luckily!

Kimberley, all 3 of my DDs were back to back and came out that way too. Tell ur daughter to stay upright/facing forward as much as poss in labour to help with the contractions in the back. I`m hoping for a normal facing baby this time, therefor a nice quick easy labour haha!

Thanks Emmy, been keeping an eye to make sure its not waters. Have always been a bit leaky since having my son and I have a coughing fit LOL:o

Bit of a result re our tens hire. We ordered last wed, hubby paid for next day delivery. Still had'nt heard anything today so hubby rings to check. Turns out hubby accidently typed wrong postcode and because they didn't get back to us,are lending it to us free of charge. We just need to pay postage. We should get it wednesday:T

Lovecrafting, my physio didnt touch or go near any of us! We all just sat in a semi circle being told how we should roll over in bed, get in and out of cars, what painkillers we could take, basically what we should/shouldnt do. She asked us all what jobs we did, and really peed me off when i said i was a full time mum she seemed to think that wasnt a strain at all and i could just put my feet up and rest all day..... yeh right!

Ah Lucy thats great about the TENS, heres hoping baby holds on until Wednesday at least then!! Tbh my bladder has never been a prob until this one :( Oh the joys of being pregnant and being a mum eh! xx
