MrsManda we went for the vista too!! The little squidgers not been out for a spin in it yet. I can't wait to use it!! What colour did you get?

    Congratulations Sitting :)
We went for the cole slate (kind of blue colour) - thought the light green and cream would look mucky quickly and my MIL really didn't like the red - as it was the only thing she didn't like we figured we'd listen ;) What did you get?

My OH bless him did check with me to make sure I wouldn't mind putting a girl in a blue pram (we've been told we're having a boy but just in case we have another baby which is a girl). Personally I couldn't care and if the pram we wanted was pink I'd have bought it just the same - it took long enough to make a decision without worrying about colour :)

Looking forward to it arriving later today though it's going to be unpacked, checked over then put away as we've got a few months left yet. Our cats aren't going to be happy as I'll be depriving them of boxes to play in ;)

We had narrowed our pram choices down to the Vista and Mountain Buggy Swift but when we went back to Kiddicare we came across a woman with the Swift. She said she liked it but had only used it from 3 months, had to bring it back to have the cross bar replaced because it kept detaching itself. Plus her kid was only 15 months old and was getting to the stage where his feet were starting to no longer fit on the foot plate and his head was almost touching the top of the pram. So that tipped the balance for us.

You'll have to let us know how the Vista is when you take it out for a spin :)

I got the Vista too, in Jake which is black. I can't wait to take it out. I was going to get the M&P Sola, but we saw the Vista at the Baby Show in London and just thought it was great.

It is a little bit more than I was going to spend as with car seat it was £610, but my parents offered to buy it and said that they didn't mind paying a bit more for the whole lot. Which? guide rates it as the best as well which made helped us make our decision. :)

24 weeks today! Feeling rubbish more than ever - got really bad groin pain yesterday (well, slipping sidewise didn't do it any good) and had hip pains all night, so had to keep turning from one side to another all the time! Never mind, we reached that next magical stepping stone in this journey, and I am just happy for this!

Got my letter to HR ready and just need to post it now.
