    I didn't have a proper 16 week midwife appointment, I had a booking in appointment at 17 weeks, then a consultant appointment at 19 weeks.

    Rang the hospital and my scan is tomorrow morning not Friday :) I can't wait, OH keeps saying what if he's not a boy anymore lol.
    You never know how strong you are until being strong is the only choice you have.

    yes the analomy scan! gosh i am waiting for that for ages already. sigh. its only the 10th today and my scan is on the 6th!!! i suppose after meeting mw this week, it might be a bit more relaxed till i start worrying about the scan again. i have taken some paracetamol. hope it goes otherwise will have to ring that central number.

    not for me... my scan was 12 days ago and it feels like it was at least a month ago!

    My 28 week growth scan hun to make sure bubs is growing properly :)

    I guess it's different for everyone :) mine seems like it was only a few weeks ago but the first was 11 weeks and the repeat 8 weeks ago. It's crazy to think I'm now closer my EDD than the first anomoly scan I had!

    Well I was way off on how big my bump is. I must be delusional! My husband saw cake4brains' photo and said my bump is twice as big! I looked in the mirror and saw he was right! What a prat! :rotfl:

    I am usually on my own here too until my husband comes home. Well apart from my cat who comes and goes as he pleases! I guess the trick is to busy yourself with things. I've been watching all the Angel DVDs I bought years ago but never got around to watching. Also I really should do some reading.

    Today my mum's driving down from the Midlands around 1pm so I won't be on my own. I do appreciate everything she does for me but quite often she doesn't stop talking! She is only here for 1 night though so can't complain too much. She is a super mum though and will be here to help me with the baby after he's born. Whenever that is!

    Stay upbeat ladies, at least you're not pregnant forever. And it's a wonderful thing we're all doing ...
