Hi all, have had some movement and bubba had hiccups earlier too so not so worried now. Think it's perhaps because I have not done much the last few days, just lots of sitting about and had a couple of afternoon naps too which is prob when bubba was most active. I have had some movement just not so much as earlier, it was just this morning until lunchtime that I hadn't anything.

I guess theres not much room left either so that restricts kicks to rolls etc. Hope I didn't worry anyone.

I didn't have braxton hicks first time, but this time round had them loads. It basically feels like someone is giveing you a big bear hug around your tummy, it doesn't hurt but stops you in your tracks and can catch your breath a bit. Apparently 2nd time round and beyond you feel them more.

Kitten- hope youa re feeling OK, hopefully you will feel better once you get over the 31 week mark. I know I relaxed a bit once I got past 32 weeks as this is when my problems started last time (although nowhere near what you went through).

    xx

Feeling really hormonal and irritable tonight. I'm literally sat here with 8 bin bags of general rubbish across the upstairs landing and in the living room. The kitchen bin has overflowed food all over the floor, there are crumbs/dirt all over the house and I want to scream :( I hate being useless thanks to my SPD. I am dependent on DH to do just about everything now which is driving me crazy, and his standards are so low (mine have never been high, so I'm not expecting a spotless house). I can't hoover now, and he thinks hoovering once a week is fine - it's NOT!!! He has left the bin bags since we got back from Ikea and had a clear out - 10 days ago! Oh and he STILL hasn't cleared any of the cat poo from the garden or mowed the lawn and weeded. We now have 8 foot high weeds and brambles growing in what was supposed to be a vegetable patch, and two foot high grass. I look around me and want to cry at the mess - and he's gone out tonight saying he'll hopefully do some of it by the weekend

Sorry for the long rant, but it's driving me mad. I'm used to being in control of the house and it's so hard waiting for someone else to get on and do stuff. I know it isn't really his fault as he has no concept of cleaning and he's suddenly got everything dumped on him, but I feel so frustrated. I'm moaning on here rather than exploding at him though as I think I'm probably being hormonally unreasonable. I don't think my toothache and hayfever are helping my mood either :(

Thanks Katy, I don't think you are being hormonal and unreasonable. If you are struggling to get about isn't all this stuff in your way? Could you not ask him to deal with the rubbish as its a trip hazard? Massive hugs, xx

Thank you Rups and little_miss_moneysaver. I'll let things settle a bit and perhaps just start asking for his help. To be honest, I wouldn't mind doing everything like you ikkle if I didn't have to work f/t, study and do most of the things around the house... it's just too much at the minute. I'm leaving work in a week and a half and I'm so counting the days! Things should get a bit better then as well. I'll let you know how it goes.

((hugs)) Kitten - we all have our ups and downs. We're here to support you too!! Tbh, I can't imagine what you might feel, like ikkle else said, remember that no 2 pregnancies are alike and feel free to talk to us anytime.

((hugs)) to mishka and KatyLiz too!

    Nice bump Rebekah!

Thanks for the tip on tena lady and breast pads MrsBryan!

Re: poop. I had no idea about this! I know people have spoken about their fears about giving birth and c-sections, but if I'm completely honest, the c-section doesn't really scare me. Maybe it will once I get to know more about it but the more I get to learn about vaginal deliveries, the more put off I get!!

Re: tiredness. I don't think mine changed and I'm 25+3 so I'm just assuming I'll be feeling this way for the next few years of my life lol

Off to have a browse at new looks sale:D thanks for letting us know little_miss_moneysaver

Thanks Gemma, he knows it is in the way, he just doesn't think its urgent at all. In his world everything waits for the next day, or the one after that. When he worked everything was done as soon as he had the chance, since being a student he's completely changed his attitude. He has 3 months of summer leave, so can put everything off to another day.

Hugs kittenpie, I can only say what everyone else has, feel free to talk about your feelings on here. Thats what we're all here for after all xx

I apologise if I dont personalise again. I've just read back 5/6 pages and completely forgot everything

Sounds like the list will be shortened again soon! Lots of good wishes to you ladies on countdown to baby cuddles xx

Had mexican for lunch yesterday and boy did I suffer :o. Had really bad indigestion and heartburn til around midnight and started again this morning with a banana. Not impressed!

Had lots of movement this evening. Everytime I shout my OH over to feel kicks they stop, every single time, so tonight I whispered to him and he sneaked over. He felt one of the babies moving around like mad under his hand for ages :T

Going to try and load a pic of my bump in a bit, Im huge!

Crapalola that labour ward is scary!! They even took us to the theatre to look in where caesareans happen! 4 beds to a bay on postnatal so hopefully not too noisey.

I kinda wish I was still at work lol, strange how we all want what the other has. I've been off ages now due to problems with my pelvis and back and some days I can hardly walk so travelling 30 odd miles for an 8 hour shift isn't feasible so I go stir crazy at home.

No doubt you will get out of work and then be on here moaning your bored after a little while lol x
You never know how strong you are until being strong is the only choice you have.
