I missed the toast
Although I was in the Dove room so had my own fridge and kettle with tea and coffee. I did make my mum bring in Red Bull for me, I had been craving it all pregnancy this time too but can't have it so have to wait for after birth.
I think I may have pooped but no one said anything, they did swear when my second waters broke and covered everyone even the wall. They did want me to poop before leaving the hospital to make sure everything was in working order, so took a while to explain that I am normally a once every 3 days person so we would be waiting a whileSorry for the TMI, they did let me go once I explained it was normal for me not to have gone.

I know sooo close now! Got a tour of the labour ward tonight at 7pm, baby turning tomorrow at 2pm, carpet coming Wednesday morning and then we are on the homeward straights! Even if we end up having a section next week the nursery *Should* be ready. Unless things goes boobs up tomorrow and I end up with an emergency section - so have to take our bags with us incase! But not much chance of that so hoping all will be well.0

I think it is from around 25 weeks but could be wrong. My OH hasn't yet heard it he is only getting mine still.
My DH has a proper stethescope (his dad's a Dr, and DH got it as a birthday present one year!) and he's been trying to find the baby's heartbeat since we heard it at the midwife on the Doppler. No luck yet, but my digestive system makes some interesting noises! :rotfl:Little monkey born November 2012:jFroglet due March 20160 -
hugs to kittenpie and mishka and everyone else. its not easy as some people think it is.
well for me whenever i get nervous etc i need to have a poo so in case of labour i will be finding a loo or pooing myself. lol. my older brother is so funny bless him. when my sil had her waters broken, she had to wait for my bro to first go to the loo as he is like me. lolBecame Mrs H on the 1st of October 2011!!

I got a tour of our labour ward when I got taken in the weekend before last. Apparently I went deadly white and kept saying 'I think you've made a mistake sending me here I'm only 26 weeks' my nan said I looked mortified lol. It did look very nice though lol.
I think it will help to see it too for you as then you know what to expect, you might decide to add a few extras in your hospital bag, ie flip flops incase of not brilliant shower floors and things.
I hope you get your nursery sorted, bet your OH can't wait to be rid of pillow mountain. xYou never know how strong you are until being strong is the only choice you have.
xx Mama to a gorgeous Cranio Baby xx

LOL look at us! :rotfl:This was me yesterday! And esp with the backache I was worried I was feeling contractions in my back or something lol. She was just back to back and moving shedloads and kicking my foof to give me the pains. All ok today but ye this bump is very heavy now want out soon. Looks like you, us and chrissy was it? still have to finish nurseries - whose baby will come with an unfinished nursery? Bet its mine with the luck ive had lately ... lol. I'm bang on 38 today so just a tad behind you.
Yes I think Clarissa was working on the nursery too, also in yellow, but think hers might be finished now. Good luck with yours! Baby is pretty active today. Feels like a foot or an arm kicking/punching me!
I haven't had any more cramps so probably false alarm. Not surprising less than 2 weeks from due date though!
Hugs to Kitten. Sorry to hear the traumatic time you've had. I hope things get better for you x
Re. pooping, it's one of my fears too but to be honest I think when you're in labour you could care less – the whole thing is pretty undignified. I think you just want the baby out and don't worry too much about the rest! I have had a bowel movement every day I think for the past month at least so am hoping there won't be anything to come outI think my baby moved down way back in May – at least, according to my notes – so since then have had loose bowels. Joy!

Yup, feels like I've had braxton hicks all morning and backache on and off. My pelvis really hurts when I walk and my bump feels so heavy! Feeling a bit panicky so have vowed to start getting my hospital bag ready tonight, although I'm only 35 weeks! I'm sure it's nothing and my body just gearing up but it is worrying me a bit!0 -
