((((hugs))) Littlemoog hope you're ok! Our bubbas are nice and protected but still doesnt stop the worrying. Hope you're ok.
Don't think I said welcome ferrety
Haha kitten sounds good to me! Ooooh, now I fancy lemon cupcakes....or lemon Mr.Kipling slices.....I might pick up some cake just incase my nephew doesn't have a birthday cake! Knowing the stroppy Kevin teenager he's turned into he wouldn't want one!
He's even deleted me off of Facebook cos I'm not 'cool' enough! I always thought I was quite a cool auntie, obviously not!
Although it might have something to do with me telling him off in front of his friends for swearing :rotfl:Attitude is a little thing that makes a big difference0 -
Hi all
Wow this thread moves fast!! Congratulation WW2BR!!
Good luck BB mummy cuddles very soon!
Hope your feeling better Littlemoog - it's quite scary when you bump your bump, I walked into a cupboard corner with mine which hurt loads and I just felt really stupid that I misjudged the small gap (my own fault though...dur).
Sorry if I have missed anyone - theres just so much going on here!
I'm quite chuffed as my nursing bras arrived today - they are sooo comfortable. Not the most sexy of bras but then they work so thats all that matters!:D
I am leaving it a little late to still be looking for a nighty/long t-shirt for D-day but just wondering what everyone else is packing? I am much more comfortable in pj trousers (all the nighties I have seen are light coloured and just not very nice!) and wondered will these be completely impracticle for the first stage of labour?

Afternoon ladies,
Congrats to ww2br! Hope everything is well!
BB labour vibes!
Feeling fine today, had to go down to the hospital last night (my mum was panicking) but they just told me to take it easy and try to drink slowly as i was showing to be dehydrated. Have managed to eat some lunch and drink water today so think she was just getting me back for having it easy through the beginning. But then i have slept alot too so that may have helped.
Sending labour wishes to all the boldies.

bb yay, that's great news! Thinking of you, and out really seems insignificant now but but to answer your question I'm a project manager for a telecomms company!
ww2b congrats to you, that's great news!
lmm caramel cake bars? I want one! Lol
Just waiting to get flight back, it's already been delayed half an hour, but meeting went well so def less stressed now and looking forward to the weekend!0 -
I just picked up a 2 pack of nighties from ASDA for £8, one of them is black which is ideal for labour and the other I'm just going to use now as it's white with a giraffe on it. Thought I'd share my purchase with you all as I've struggled for weeks now to find a dark coloured nightie.0

Just wanted to share a pic I have just been sent by the lovely lady making my cot bed & rocking crib bumper and blanket sets up for me.
this is the blanket. It will have a lovely fleecy backing too. I'm so excited to see it done.

I use tinypic. Just upload your photo and then paste the last link as an image (the little icon with the two pyramids and the yellow 'sky')."Growth for growth's sake is the ideology of the cancer cell" - Edward Abbey.0 -
