Morning all,
Sounds like an exciting day!
Big congrats Mr and Mrs WW2B hopefully your little man is feeding now and all is well
BB good luck, glad things have started. Hope it continues so you don't need the induction!
Choclover big hugs. Fingers crossed by Tuesday things might happen. I guess lots of curry and pineapple.
Emsbet glad you slept a bit better last night
Ferrety glad you're appt went ok. I don't know what area you live in re: 4d scans. Locally prices start from £95 for the scan And a couple of photos, but packages with many photos, DVDs etc can be as much as £200. But like Fluff said its all private. My friend did get a groupon voucher to go to London and got a £250 scan for £99. So maybe worth looking there?
Think I'll have a slow day today. Been hectic few days, and am very sore today. Did quite a bit of walking yday without my crutches...silly girl. Was heavy rain earlier which makes me feel lazy lol....time for cake I think

Fluffnutter - I don't know why they didn't offer me a prescription. I was at my hospital for the anti-d injection and it was the midwife there that told me of my low iron count results. No one had phoned me before hand to make me aware
Maybe I should start asking more questions when I have these appointments! 0 -
little_miss_moneysaver: are the crutches due to SPD? And where does it hurt? I'm starting to worry about my bum-twinges - they started in both bumcheeks but seem to have settled in my right-hand cheek... I'm only 16 weeks. So far it's not bad but seems to be getting a bit more persistent... Can't imagine baby is pushing on my nerve already, as it's only supposed to be avocado-sized today, but given the size of my bump I guess anything is possible!0

That screams out PGP to me. I had the first twinges at about 8-11 weeks ish and then it went. And then it came back persistently at 16 weeks and stayed since really. Mention it to the midwife - she gave me some exercises to do. I do in bed in the morning before I get up. Be warned though if you miss out a couple of days or more it will come backlittle_miss_moneysaver: are the crutches due to SPD? And where does it hurt? It also gets worse when you have had a really busy day of non stopness. As does hip pain if you have that ... 0 -
Wow, lots of news!
Congratulations whowants2brich!! Hope the feeding takes off for you both soon! And well done to your Mrs!
BB ooooooh how exciting!! Hopefully won't be too long for you now! Look forward to hearing your news!
Betty, maybe because you were at the hospital? My results went straight to my doctor and I had a phone call to go in and pick up a prescription for iron tabs. I know things differ in different areas too!
My midwife recommended I keep taking Pregnacare too for the Vitamin D so I feel like I'm walking around rattling at the moment!
choclover hope things start happening for you soon, I bet you are getting fed up. I'm getting impatient and I've got 2 weeks till due date!
Gonna have some left over lasagne from last night and a bit of salad for my lunch. No cake left in the house today! Although its my nephews 15th birthday today so will be going to see him later, hopefully there will be some sort of cake there!Attitude is a little thing that makes a big difference

Thanks Rebekah.. No hip pain as yet, just the bum twinges. I asked my SIL yesterday (she's a doctor) which nerve it would be if I was feeling twinges there and she said the sciatic nerve, so I figured I might be heading towards a problem here... Thankfully it is fine while cycling and I cycle to work and back (and hope to do so throughout, but we'll see if my balance gives in the last trimester!) but it can begin to twinge a little if I do a lot of walking.0

I had quite bad sciatica from early on but it didnt last long, even though baby is not very big at the early stages i think they are just in the wrong place,
