It's a really really tough song and I can imagine it strikes a chord with a lot of people. I know he wants to support his friend but I can't understand why he has released it as a singlelove you lots like jelly tots0

Wow, as always so much to catch up on since I was last on here!
Turtlemoose yay, keeping my fingers crossed for you! And sending labour vibes to you too nora!
C antremember who asked about tommy tipee breast pump but I saw this one and thought of getting it too. Really want to get everything sorted now but holding off cos we dont have anywhere to put anything at moand I know family are looking to buy us some stuff. At least oh has finally agreed that we should sit down today and decide what we are doing with the house so hopefully we can get moving over the next few weeks!
Oh and I fell out big time fri night, he goes into a mood at the drop of a hat which usually doesnt bother me really, I just ignore him and he soon snaps out of it! But all week he's been moody and kept telling me I was the one in a mood and sulking! It was so ridiculous but then he started making sarky comments so I took myself off in the car and went and parked round the corner and bawled my eyes out for twenty minutes! He started on me again whenI got back and I actually ended up screaming at him which is not like me at all! Went and cried on the bed after that. He left me alone for a but but then did try to make up, but I was still too upset and angry. Made up now so that's the main thing but it was all just so silly in the first place!
Wide awake this am, my cat Monkey is cuddled up to me, she still sleeps with me every night! sexymouse you may want to get your cats eye checked out, monkey had a couple of dark patches in her eye it is usually a sign of melanosis (freckling) which is harmless. This can turn to melanoma though which would then be cancerous and obviously need treating. Monkey's whole eye is freckled now, so she has one green eye and one brown one. I just tell people she has funky eye syndrome! She's been that way for about six years now - it doesn't cause her any probs.
Right, I'm off to make fruit salad for brekkie (trying to make amends for alk the rubbish and junk I have been eating, have felt the need to comfort eat
lately). Hugs to all and have a great day!0 -
Morning people. Awake early. Feeling a lot better now. Lost my whole day yesterday to codeine ( even on basic over the counter dose I get knocked out and woozy for a day) now need to catch up on revision that I missed yesterday. Three more revision days till exams. Hope everyone has a nice day. Cardiff has been mad with all the street parties traffic everywhere. Yuk!!!love you lots like jelly tots0

Morning all. I've been awake since 6. Baby has taken to being it's most active early in the morning!
Got the chassis of the pushchair delivered last week so set it up and had a play around with it yesterday. I love it! Everything is so easy to fold and put back up and I love how the pushchair part and the carry cot just clip on and off the chassis (it's the Oyster). Just need some adaptors for the maxi cosi car seat and we're ready to go. Was pushing it around and then realised there will be a baby inside it in a few months, an actual baby! Scary.
France tomorrow so lots of packing, washing and tidying to do. Didn't do last night's washing up either so should crack on with that.
Hope we get some turtlemoose baby news today!0 -
Morning everyone, hope you slept well. I've slept brilliantly the past few nights in my new bedroom, I don't know if it's cos it's so peaceful up there, or if I'm just more relaxed now its done...!
After saying yesterday I hadn't had anymore twinges, in the evening I had some really strong ones! My sister was round and I didn't want to say anything in front of her (she'd get all over-excited), so just had to quietly sit there rubbing my tummy and breathing! Calmed down again overnight though, so I guess my body is just having a practice run!
Anyone doing anything jubilee-y today? I'm going to my mums for a little tea party with various family members, and we're going to watch the pageant on tv. DH is going to our new niece's christening, I feel a bit bad for not going but I think a 5-hour round trip would be a bad idea at this stage!
Hope everyone has a lovely day...I wonder if turtle is having mummy cuddles yet?!

Good luck Turtlemoose!
I have a question on sterilisers. I was thinking of getting the Philips Avent SCF271/51 Microwave bottle steriliser which is only £16.84 on Amazon and has really good reviews. Has anyone used it and would they recommend it or another one particularly?
I was going to post the link here but it doesn't come up properly, are we not allowed to post links to external sites?
Also would anyone recommend a breast pump, and if so which one? I don't want to spend too much but heard that electric ones are better than manual. But I've been told that expressing milk is actually pretty hard work and many mothers prefer the convenience of breastfeeding. I'd like to have the option though so that my husband could feed the baby as well and give me a break
Thanks guys!0
