Just heard Ed sheeran doing new single on the voice. Had me in tears. You have been warned. It's called small bump xxx
I didn't hear it but my OH told me and looked so sad, the last two lines are devastating
On a happier note, I want Holly Willoughby's dress (and the body to be able to wear it).0 -
PS for the record, I'm a huge fan of bees and wilidlife, and would love a hive of my/our own. I did read your blog when you posted the link a week ago. Probably the only kind of queen I'll be talking about this weekend - we live in London and still won't be heading into London for the festivities...
Hope you're all enjoying "the voice", my DW's sat with her swollen feet up on the coffee table, the leg cramps being painful, and the bump kicking like it's trying to find the emergency exit. And happy bee-keeping, kitten pie!Having fun trying to save money without going over the top and living on budget food all the time...0 -
My oh told me about it. He cries at obem. Ad I was listening going this is beautiful. Then he dropped the bomb. Hugs kitten. It hit me hard so I can't imagine what u must feellove you lots like jelly tots0

I heard it a while back - it set me right off sobbing then (most baby-loss stuff does still - it's one of the few things that make me cry... anything with prematurity or shots of babies in NNICU is the other one but that's more a flashback thing than anything else)... kind of quite cross it's out as a single to be honest as its NOT one I'd like cropping up on me unawares on telly or the radio in the car.Little miracle born April 2012, 33 weeks gestation and a little toughie!0 -
whowants2brich Glad you are a fan of bees, everybody should be
Will probably go with your suggestion, unless inspiration hits in the next few hours

It's not the most well-known of songs but a band called Athlete did a song called Wires about the lead singer's premature baby and how he felt visiting her in the special care baby unit. I only have to think about it to start welling up. In fact, I'm off again now"Growth for growth's sake is the ideology of the cancer cell" - Edward Abbey.0 -

I listened to this song a lot when we lost Alex, I have it on my phone too but I can't listen to it now so I've been trying to avoid it, I'll switch it off it comes on the radio or my phone.
