I also picked up the Tommee tippee electric pump (udder milker as I like to call it) as it was reduced to £66 and again wondered if anyone has any experience of it? I've looked online and most of the reviews are 2010 so just wondering if any of the issues people had have been resolved so to speak.

I've been using this since my little girl was born 3 weeks ago - although she loves sucking on the breast she's struggling to get enough milk from it, so I was advised by a midwife to do some expressing whilst we keep trying the 'natural' way. I'm happy with it - I find it comfortable to use and easy to pull apart and put back together after sterilising. I haven't tried any other pump, so don't have anything to compare it to, but so far so good :)

    Have finally caught up yay!

    Happy V day Sexymouse

    Happy Due day Nora

Good luck Turtle look forward to the news :)

I have maternity clothes, :D well they aren't actually maternity clothes but floaty dresses which will fit me throughout pregnancy so will do the job.

Went to a party last night not planning on telling people but think they noticed, my 25week bump is hard to miss. Only one person said anything I think everyone else was too scared to ask after last time. We have agreed that it is no longer a secret but aren't actively announcing.

Had exciting times with the bees so now need to update the blog just trying to think of a good title which possibly includes the Jubilee and our Queen no longer being a virgin. Hmmm any suggestions?

Ooo good luck turtlemoose! I had pre-eclampsia with DD1 and it made for a pretty speedy labour - apparently very common with high BP, so hoping you're lucky that way too :D

Ooh, thanks for that. I had decided that I would try these out as our nappies, but was going to get the combo pack of bamboos and cottons. Now to do some maths and see which works out cheaper and by how much!

Just to let you know... I've cried four times today - about absolutely nothing. I'm turning into a human sprinkler system.

RJH I have heard that twice in the last few days while driving and been in absolute sobs. I have heard it a few weeks back when it was posted on my bereavement board but still cry each time.

I sobbed my heart out yesterday morning as the router wasn't working! So I had all day without the internet. Felt lost and lonely with hubby at work all day. Just sat on the sofa and mopped all day lol. I had slept so bad too waking every 45 mins to 1 hour with my hips killing. Brought a new one today though so all is well. Little lady was quiet past 2 days only minimal movements but has been a mad thing all day today and not stopped! Hope all are well. xxx

but have developed horrendous upper back pain (in a band below my shoulderblades and stretching into my ribs), which I think may be due to my ribs expanding (previously I'd put it down to my bra being too tight but I've got an extender in now so it can't be that). I had hoped that it would be better this morning after a lie down as I'm having my hair cut at 11.15, but it still hurts. Anyone else had this, and have you found anything that helps relieve the pain?

I've had this for months :( It ended up feeling like I couldn't breathe. Taking my bra off does help (like u I thought it was solely due to my bra being too tight but I've had that checked and my bras fit perfectly) alongside sitting up straight and breathing slowly - difficult for me as I slouch a lot.
My GP also gave me a subutamol spray to help the breathing because it meant I didn't need to take deep breaths. I only use it when the pain gets bad but it does help.
