Oh Twinklie I hope you feel better. Best to get checked over especially as you have other health concerns.
Get some rest and drink lots of fluids (ice lollies help too)
I am off to meet my Manager, told HR a couple of weeks ago about the pregnancy and now have the official meeting with my manager to let her know too. Really really nervous although not sure why, they must have thought it might happen so don't think it will be a huge surprise.

Congratulations LLM
*hugs* twinkle, I hope you don't need to be admitted but it's better to get checked out so they can look after you.
I noticed leaky nipples last night for the first time so hopefully it's all getting closer though I know some people have leaky milky nipples from about 24 weeks.
Got some great news, one of our close friends is pregnantSeems to be the year of babies for my friends.
Another blood test this morning and a day of study. You must shout at me if I come back before lunchtime
Does anyone listen to Chris Evans on Radio 2 in the morning? His wife is due in a couple of days so he's started a baby race with a number of listeners who are due this week. Spending quite a bit of time talking about things they're trying to get baby moving so this morning discussing curryIt's amusing me

Congratulations LLM!
Hope you feel better Twinkle.
Had my heart ultrasound yesterday afternoon, got to wait for the results now. Also had my 28-week blood test and checked with the antenatal reception (I found the right window!) that yes I do need to see an obstetrician. Bit fed up about it but I know it's only so they can keep an eye on me. Got to wait for an appointment now.
Also, while I was at the window, I bumped into my friend who had just had her 12 week scan! I was like, what are you doing here? And she was like, durr what do you think! I'm so pleased for her, she had a MC last year. This will be her third baby and I'm really excited I'll have another friend with a baby close to mine!
I also ordered my new kitchen after the hospital stuff and went to the bank and that tired me out so I declared myself unfit to cook and we got a takeaway - naughty!0 -
 for tell me that student mrs, I'm scared now!
I've got my 25 week check on Tuesday so we will see what the midwife says
Happy birthday BTW.

Morning all
(((hugs))) Twinklie Hope you feel better soon
Lovely bump pic Emsbet
:jCongrats to LMM on your engagement
I am 37 weeks today... it dawned on me this morning as I was getting DS to school that this time in 2 weeks I will be in hospital and bubs' arrival will be imminent  I have to be at the hospital for 8am but they have said the operation will be between 10-11 assuming that they are not mega busy on emergencies... it all seems very scary now
Am I the only one without a pillow mountain? I just tuck the duvet under the bump (admittedly it is much easier as OH has been sleeping on the sofa to allow us both to get decent nights sleeps)...
Hope all ok, am going to go and finish packing my hospital bag this morning as I have been meaning to get round to it for weeks and it is still sitting half packed in the bedroom

I get a midwifery email though and I just had to share this with you all!! LOL.
I was at a homebirth and asked the husband if he would put some water on the stove for hot compresses. A few minutes later he brings me a pot with the washcloths in it. I apply one to the mom’s perineum, and when I remove it I do a double take. There are several white stringy things on her perineum that weren’t there before. I pull one off and look at it closer—there are noodles on her perineum! It turns out there was some leftover chicken noodle soup in the pan. The husband never rinsed it out—he just added some water, warmed it up and brought it to me.
