Congrats on v-day and lovely bump Emsbet.

I'm 25 weeks on Thurs and have MW appt, really looking forward to it. Hoping to hear heartbeat and have bump measured. Have also booked some more holiday from work, I have 11 weeks left, 1 week of that is my holiday in June so that makes 10 weeks and the last 4 weeks I'm dropping down to 4 days then finishing on 9th Aug when I will be 36 weeks. Can't wait!

Am thinking I may drag OH to the cinema this weekend to see What to Expect when you're Expecting. Got to be done really!

Hehe! The first bump picture I got DH to take at 14 weeks he wasn't allowed to get my face in it as I looked dreadful after a day at work, so I've tried to get him to take them all the same.

LMM...congratulations on the engagement what a lovely surprise:T

I've not been on for a few days so spent a while catching up...we had our 4d scan on Friday...it was amazing..well worth the cost...took a while to get baby to play ball as it was facing my back...Sonographer had to jiggle belly a bit to try get baby to turn round.... Luckily baby didn't flash it's bits so it's still a surprise.
We came away with a load of piccies and a DVD of the scan itself. Baby is above average size for its age but not completely off the scale! She says it weighs 3lb already:eek:
I'm 28wk today so had my midwife appt...she measured bump and agreed it was a bit above average but that it might even out in next few weeks.
Had been a bit worried as not been feeling baby kick as hard over the past couple of weeks...can still feel movement but it feels like flutters or squirmy movements rather than the kicks I'd been feeling before.
Midwife said heartbeat was fine and it's probably just changed position ... My placenta seems to have moved too..it was right lateral at 20wk scan but is now anterior!
Didn't know they could move lol!
It's probably cushioning the baby's kicks now.... Wish it hadn't moved it's made me really conscious of whether baby is kicking or not now...gonna end up mad!

Ooh congratulations lmm! What a lovely surprise

Lovely bump emsbet, can't wait til I look bumpy as opposed to tubby! Must start doing bump pics soon! Not tonight though, just threw up my dinner and now slobbing in my pjs thought it was safe to eat DH's fave noodle salad for tea, he's been asking for it for ages.
