Ah.... the pound on the floor... so tempting, but untouchable. Fear of other people seeing you pick it up and gossiping that you did it.lostinrates wrote: »I would go and see the torch or the cyclists if its so close, might as well....you never know, pn, there might be a single, goodlooking aspie loving bloke there watching too, or younmight find a pound on the floor.
I am riding the ripples of someones elses drama atm, and exhausted by it.

I'd like to know where! Well, I know where ... I'd have to take him down Asda, then lurk near the Pepsi until somebody was trying to buy 2 cans... and then convince them to come to the aisle that sells 8 for £2, point out to them how two single cans is more than £1 and to go halves on an 8-pack with me. Then, in the car park, split the pack. Then find somewhere to sit and drink it.lostinrates wrote: »

How do you grow fabulous apples from last year's faboulous apple tree.
Don't need huge detail, but if last year there was a tree with the world's best apples EVER .... and you'll stop having access to it... how would you (this month) try to grow another one that grows fabulous apples?0 -

Grafting.
It involves buying another apple tree, a shap knife and a bit of wax. Never done it myself, but most fruit trees are grafted. Someone n greenfingered will know. Most likely poster called RAS.0 -
Small flaw... I don't have a tree ... and I don't know anybody with a tree. I'm still interested... just think it'll end up undoable.lostinrates wrote: »Grafting.

It is doable, ask on green fingered.
