Please stay safe in the sun and learn the A-E of melanoma: A = asymmetry, B = irregular borders, C= different colours, D= diameter, larger than 6mm, E = evolving, is your mole changing? Most moles are not cancerous, any doubts, please check next time you visit your GP.

Then you told autosniper that your max bid was lower than it really was. I suspect you told autosniper the amount you thought it should go for plus a little bit, rather than what you were really prepared to pay.

I don't really understand this.
E.g. We put in sniper 100' and the item has been bought, by someone else, probably also sniping, at under 100. So, we would have paid 100 but didn't get the item0 -

"Simply" doesn't work, nor does "Just ask".
Given that, I always find it fascinating that you come onto the forum for a good old-fashioned, non-aspie moan.No reliance should be placed on the above! Absolutely none, do you hear?0 -
My bargain turned out to be not what I bargained for ....
So, I was in Asda and feeling lazy spotted a pizza reduced to half price, £1.25. It was just cheese/tomato, but I figured I'd buy a chilli to go on it.... so - look for chillies - Asda too small to stock those. Never mind, Aldi will have them .... oh no they don't (but they do have chocolate biscuits and own brand bounty bars, so that's another £1.58 spent) ... never mind, the fruit/veg shed at the local garden centre will have chillies ..... er, yeah, but a bag of them for £1. I only wanted one!! And .... in my anger/disappointment I forgot to also pick up a red bl00dy onion.
So I now have a pizza I'd have not chosen if I'd known it'd end like this .... chilli overload ... and no red onion.0 -

Working fine for me.Do you know anyone who's bereaved? Point them to https://www.AtaLoss.org which does for bereavement support what MSE does for financial services, providing links to support organisations relevant to the circumstances of the loss & the local area. (Link permitted by forum team)
Tyre performance in the wet deteriorates rapidly below about 3mm tread - change yours when they get dangerous, not just when they are nearly illegal (1.6mm).
Oh, and wear your seatbelt. My kids are only alive because they were wearing theirs when somebody else was driving in wet weather with worn tyres.0 -
Picked up my mail - and there was a new, red, DVLA V5 form. First I've heard of it! Apparently everybody will be issued with a new, red, V5 form because some thieving scum have obtained a supply of the older, blue ones..... as I said, first I've heard of this!0

LIR - we're on a Yellow Alert for weather ..... it always comes your way next, so you should think about doing today what you might have put off until tomorrow as it'll be horrible.... including potential Gale Force 9 wind.
Needless to say, I do not anticipate moving any boxes of mine tomorrow now I know that0
