OK guys, give me an hour or so and will have it set up. Will do a separate thread as if all the regions go crazy at the same time you'll need multiple versions all at the same time. However I wish we had 1 master Spain thread, 1 master Greece thread, etc. That appeals to the advanced Dewey system user in me...

Hmm - don't want to be negative but did that help the Tamils during the recent genocide?

What's interesting in the case of the Malaysian protestors is that there is a large diaspora of Malaysians abroad who continue to be attached to home and have organised simultaneous protests in 35 countries around the world. Many of them will be small, in the few hundreds but they will be there :)

international pressure is sometimes the only way forward especially with countries full of ruling autocrats.
    I think....

What you can use it for is almost unlimited.... it's genius!

I am now starting to use it for drafting things to write about and lists etc too. It could even easily copy/paste those MSE PMs that you have to either download or delete ... and if you've ever downloaded them, I bet £1 you've never gone to that file to look something up again as it's too hard to find where you saved it and paw through it.

    Grass done! :j

I would consider going paperless and using one of those fancy Fujitsu scanners but I keep paper to a minimum now anyway and for the little I have, it probably wouldn't be worth it. apart from that, I've got no PM's that I'd need to save. In fact, PM's are almost non existent to me :(

I did add my desktop picture to see if it went to my mobile though I haven't set it to be my background

    yet!

    You rang m'lady?
Funnily enough another lady friend of mine suggested I should set up a personal assistant agency but done online/phone. then a few months later the runner up on the apprentice suggested the same thing as their business idea for lord alan to invest in but he didn't get it at all - apparently she didn't have the filofax to get him a table at the ivy that evening...don't think he understood the target market at all.

Can't say the idea of a second hand exfoliator fills me with joy so I think your idea of tax and shipping free import from the US is a good one. I think for those who don't have mates travelling home soon there are shipping services what will give you a virtual US address and ship on to the UK for companies that don't do international shipping but it doesn't get round the shipping costs/import duty issues.

DW wants some straighteners for the DDs. Are GHDs really worth twice as much as all the rest?

Just want to say, i would be really careful with straighteners and dd's hair. I don't care how good they are i think some damage is caused and also...it can be the start of a self critical thing huge in girls of all colours with curly hair, and Hugely dispproportiately present in black and mixed race girls, as is hairdressing bills. I am sure your girls know they are gorgeous though.

Edit: I am sure you or dw would not mean to make the dd's seld conscious, but straiteners is often how it starts, then strainening, and a lot off cooing over how great the hair looks straight. Its very difficult.

Fwiw, no straighters have ever straighted mine, very occasionally i blow it out straight ( far more effective, a black woman taught me how, different for traditionally wavy or quite curly hair to really curly) or even, rollers, old fashioned sort of shampoo and set for hair that is curly but not very curly.

The problem with straight hair is that one is tempted to brush it, which is so very, very bad for our hair.

Buy dw curly girl instead michaels. Cheaper, all about protecting our natural hair and making it look better rather tyhan fighting us to make us fit in with tradtionally 'white and western' ideals. Girls will experiment, bit help them put it off as long as possible.

    Grrrr.

That means it works; it prevented you being tempted to bid more than it was really worth to you.

Tyre performance in the wet deteriorates rapidly below about 3mm tread - change yours when they get dangerous, not just when they are nearly illegal (1.6mm).
Oh, and wear your seatbelt. My kids are only alive because they were wearing theirs when somebody else was driving in wet weather with worn tyres.
