Any of the NP's know something about camcorders?
Looking for one, budget not more than 500, need full HD 1920x1080, should be good in low light, decent image stabiliser, good battery life...
Was looking at these:
http://www.amazon.co.uk/Sony-HDRCX115EB-Definition-Handycam-Camcorder/dp/B0031U1AJ6/ref=sr_1_1?s=electronics&ie=UTF8&qid=1335358197&sr=1-1
a bit pricier:
http://www.amazon.co.uk/Panasonic-SD90-1920x1080p-Ready-Camcorder/dp/B004I1KPI4/ref=sr_1_1?s=electronics&ie=UTF8&qid=1335360535&sr=1-1
Any you would recommend? Things to look out for?
Thanks

James has got the Sony one.....very good quality and works well in dim lighting. We made it! All three boys have graduated, it's been hard work but it shows there is a possibility of a chance of normal (ish) life after a diagnosis (or two) of ASD. It's not been the easiest route but I am so glad I ignored everything and everyone and did my own therapies with them.
Eldests' EDS diagnosis 4.5.10, mine 13.1.11 eekk - now having fun and games as a wheelchair user.0 -
My take on stuff is that if you buy extra stuff, you have to consciously get that stuff out and take it out with you .... to specifically use the stuff. Because of this, the stuff you buy doesn't get used as it's too much of a faff, especially if you're with other people and moving about.
So .... there's an advert on the telly of a fashion shoot and a bloke skydives out of a plane to capture video and stills.... and he sends off the pictures before he lands. It's advertising some posh phone.
It'd be worth finding out which camera/cam that was and weigh up whether having that as you only/main phone might be a better idea as then you've not got to carry some extra stuff with you when you think you might want to take some moving pictures.
Edit: I looked... it's the HTC One http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=k3n2v8YJ6VA0 -

lostinrates has exceeded their stored private messages quota and cannot accept further messages until they clear some space.

You have to be ruthless about this.No reliance should be placed on the above! Absolutely none, do you hear?0 -
Don't you need one repeat of the chorus in English for Eurovision?
And what was the guy in the yellow t-shirt bringing - was he the host or part of the act?
Just going to point this out; she’s 14, and henceforth, the act would be in breach of the rules.
Russia’s sending 6 grannies to Baku
I’m Head of Georgian delegation this year :cool:The first year they did the rich list it was interesting, now I really just don't care.
THe company’s just gone into overdraft, so it’s certainly not me on there at the moment!💙💛 💔0
