I have 9 in the kitchen and 4 in the utility room (freezer, washing machine, boiler and emergency chairs), 2 are under counter powering the fridge and dishwasher and 1 is behind the built in microwave, the double oven, grill and 4 way hob are gas powered.

Get you posh bloke with new house...

Hope you're really happy there Percy, congrats on the move.

Especially as I have just remembered another 2. However the one behind the fridge might be a single socket so either 17 or 18. I think the extractor fan may have one in the cupboard - any advances on 19?

Work late and get the company to pay for a cab home?

Unlikely I'll get addicted to it, I just want to be able to eat cake without wobbling too much :rotfl:

Got the district line in the end got home then had to come straight back out in the car to pick up oh who got caught up in the same mess. Car journey goes through level crossing on the problem train line - guess where the fatality happened - oh yes, at the level crossing. Not a great night, but suppose its better than being hit by a train.

No wonder we have brown-outs occasionally.

Only 4 sockets in our kitchen or 6 if you count the 2 that are on the living room side of the island which separates the kitchen from the living area. Then again the fish tank is plugged into those. 4 sockets has never been a problem. Toaster, food processor, kettle and that stupid nespresso machine. What else do you need?

You sound like you need a calzone special washed down with a beer. Here's hoping tomorrow's better for you.

    I've been Money Tipped!
Memory, i have just remembered i broke a glass on friday and went to get stuff to clear it up with. I have no idea where i broke the glass though, and think i forgot to go back to clear it up.

My mind is a bit like a hose with a kink in it, its all there, it just gets backed up, sometimes, when the kink straightens, memories and thoughts come really quickly and i cannot get them all down or out quickly enough. Really, thats when i should try playing the piano, see if that comes back, instead of me sitting at it for endless hours with nothing working right!
