I think.
The Bible is really worth a read. For most non believers, we find it too easy to dismiss the wise and beautiful bits becuase of the bits we di not like or the bits we think we know. Which is a tremendous shame. there is some beauty in their that is worth reading.

One fatality at mortlake and another under a train at Richmond. No trains going through, expected to last until close of play. Jolly good. I suppose I'll walk then, only 12 miles or something. Or even worse ill have to get on the district line. Obviously I won't be going anywhere near one of those grubby bus things.
Well done on keeping it going missk, you'll be used to it soon and then you'll have to start finding even more extreme ways to knacker yourself to pieces!0 -
Pn, rachel khoo's kitchen is weeny.....wonder if it offers you any inspiration for cooking for one.0

I actually read that as:
Pn, rachel khoo's kitten is weeny.....wonder if it offers you any inspiration for cooking for one.
I thought hey, that doesn't sound right, especially from LIR, and read it again. No reliance should be placed on the above! Absolutely none, do you hear?0 -

My lovely cats are being a bit aggravating, maybe i should eat them? Yesterday they both jumped on me in the bath, usually its only one a a time. Dh and i tried to get a photo, but there was no way to get one that was not obscene. My view was the least revealing , but required dh's hand tryin to conceal my breast which just looked not something we could share really:o0 -
I woke up, decided it was light so I'd get up .... it felt early, so I looked at the clock... 6:15. That's 6.15am.... went to stand up and realised the curtains were open and thought "odd - I left those open all night??" ... er, no... it was 6.15pm Monday, not 6.15am Tuesday and I'd nodded off0

Work late and get the company to pay for a cab home?
Unlikely I'll get addicted to it, I just want to be able to eat cake without wobbling too much :rotfl:0 -

So, there I was, absolutely clueless....... no idea where I was, no idea where my hotel was. Just knew if I went into the tube door and got on one on the X line, I'd end up at a station 100 yards from my hotel, which I think was 4-5 miles away (can't really remember where it was).
But when 9/11 kicked off it was mayhem - trains cancelled, bomb scares, taxis grabbed by rich bugg4hs in their exodus - not that you could actually SEE any.
All "pre useful Internet" times ... luckily the girl in the office said she'd show me where to go and took me (god knows where, I just followed her) through two train stations (trying to get a train, but all were full/cancelled), up some roads, looking for buses, onto a train that was running, off somewhere else, up some roads, onto a bus and she said it'd be about 4 stops.
Just Googled it, I know I was at SW1X 7HH
And on top of that - once I got back to the hotel I couldn't afford any tea because expenses weren't enough as I'd just had to pay for the bus fare and the cheapest single-course meal there was the max I'd have had available if I'd not spent it. So, instead, I wandered round a couple of back streets looking for a pub and had two halves of cider and a packet of crisps. I think the hotel was in NW1, I found a nice backstreet Irish bar.0 -

I'll google it.
Cooking for one isn't about kitchen size... it's a whole different way of thinking and living.0
