No, wheezy, i think we are in the minority!

    No we are not LIR.
We are simply bullied into thinking we are.
But it stops right here, right now.

I'm a +1 for mushrooms as well, although my family are split, me and youngest love them, eldest and middle hate them.

James has been sent home from school and we are waiting for a phone call back from the doctor as the first appointment available is in 2 days (even emergency ones!) and this, I don't think, can wait 2 days, especially with his medical history but is not (I think and hope!), urgent or bad enough to attend the hospital with.
We made it! All three boys have graduated, it's been hard work but it shows there is a possibility of a chance of normal (ish) life after a diagnosis (or two) of ASD. It's not been the easiest route but I am so glad I ignored everything and everyone and did my own therapies with them.
Eldests' EDS diagnosis 4.5.10, mine 13.1.11 eekk - now having fun and games as a wheelchair user.

my main reason for liking mushrooms is that oh does not. therefore i can put loads of mushrooms in a stew or something, and serve up two equal portions, and then she picks out all the mushrooms and gives them to me. the end result is that i get to eat extra meat and extra mushrooms. score.

:rotfl: we don't have that type of relationship. Because we don't have kids, we've always taken the view that we're both - for the most part - sensible people. We've bought a house together and accrued pensions and some savings, therefore for both of us I don't tell him what to spend his money on and vice versa. We don't have a joint bank account either, he pays the mortgage, I pay all the bills and it works out roughly the same. Also it wouldn't cost much because of who he works for.

An issue has arisen that makes timing problematic, but all is ok here.

When he's finished paying the mortgage will you stop buying him food? :D

(+1 mushrooms) - we seem to check this every few months, does someone work for the mushroom marketing board?

I once nursed a sick baby mouse overnight. It died the next day though.

That was a long time ago though, its a while since I have done anything that nice.

That's nicer than I'll ever be. I would have just killed it.

Here the cats kill them before i can get to them. Sometimes the chickens wrestle the cats for the meat. I have even seen the dog kill a mouse.

If only someone would kill the horrid rats.
