You don't know what you'll miss till it's gone. i used to work in a college that had a training restaurant so for lunch you could get a brilliant silver service meal for a few pounds.
Car repairs also cost parts and no labour, not like the £100s I'm shellling out nowadaysThere is no honour to be had in not knowing a thing that can be known - Danny Baker0 -

(GNU Image Manipulation Program) An open source paint and image editing program for Unix, X Window, Mac OS X and Microsoft Windows that originated as an undergraduate project by Peter Mattis and Spencer Kimball at the University of California, Berkeley. The new builder came again today. I now have a much improved shower screen and curtain poles on a lot more of the windows. He says he's going to reconnect the radiator in my ensuite next Saturday.Do you know anyone who's bereaved? Tyre performance in the wet deteriorates rapidly below about 3mm tread - change yours when they get dangerous, not just when they are nearly illegal (1.6mm).
Oh, and wear your seatbelt. My kids are only alive because they were wearing theirs when somebody else was driving in wet weather with worn tyres.0 -

Undercover investigators spy to see if your bloke's cheating. Then they take the person to their OH while they're playing away and they get to ask the question "!!!!!! do you think you're doing?"
That sounds like no fun to me at all. Sorry.
I’ve brought one of the ’12’ plate company cars home this weekend (known in the office as 06). We both love it as it’s so much more practical (although smaller) than my S-Max is, and the girls love the slidy doors.
Been to Hatfield forest today, and now at home racking through various bits of paperwork I need to do. I’ve also been told I’m working tomorrow afternoon
This is the 1st Grand C-Max we’ve got on the company fleet, to let me know what you think.

I have slidey doors, fabulous for getting shopping into the car easily in car parks, and when not in car parks!
It's VERY windy where I live and just prior to Xmas I had my drivers' door ripped out of my hand when I was trying to open it and get out of the car and it's bent all down the join area.... getting back in was a challenge too as a stranger was leaning full body weight onto it while I was inside the car also pulling the door shut. Slidey doors are great in windy weather like that.0 -

Your nearest one is Bristol, which is a ridiculous distance. I think zag will have one a bit nearer than you.
I’m nowhere near Watford, and tend to use a local supplier.

They’re electric, so I’m thinking from the safety point of view of little hands. This one’s Emma’s (who couldn’t get a 3-seat sofa into it, so has mine this weekend), and she also has small kids. As you can probably see, I’ve blacked the company name so I’m not accused of advertising.
I’d rather stick with my S-Max, although I’d have the 2.0, not the 2.2 again, but it is a really nice car.

It is great because anything I want to move/pick up just goes straight in. Had to recently pick up a large bedside cabinet for somebody and, even though I had random stuff already in the car, I just opened the door and in it went. Fabulous.0 -

Yup, there's one in Croydon, which I was meaning to visit. I need to check if my mate stillhas membership, as I don't know if the savings are worth the cost.
I heard they're cheaper for tyres and that's a sore point for me after my last garage visit.:mad:There is no honour to be had in not knowing a thing that can be known - Danny Baker0 -
I think mine's a bit of a "git car" though, so if I'm being interviewed by design agencies and creative companies (who seem to love my CV for some reason), I think I'll have to park up the road to knock 10 years off my age0

They can be, though its worth checking before going. I've bought my last 2 pairs of tyres from there. They are Michelin stockists. However the winter tyres which I was after but didn't end up getting were much cheaper elsewhere. Please stay safe in the sun and learn the A-E of melanoma: A = asymmetry, B = irregular borders, C= different colours, D= diameter, larger than 6mm, E = evolving, is your mole changing?
