Don't worry zag. If you want to do a tasting menu for free, you can always pop down to your local Costco on a weekday when they have the demos set up. Mind you, I'm not sure its up to Heston's standards. I just Googled it. You have to work for specific employers, so it's limited membership and limited geographically.

You can join Costco if you run your own business too Pastures, though I do accept that you don't have one nearby. The Hertfordshire NPs have it easy because there's one in Watford. Your nearest one is Bristol, which is a ridiculous distance.
