No, but might be later in the week. I just did first attempt at yoga since the horrid physio...remember him? Told me i had to stop while i was having that treatment a few years ago. Now, the wonky walkers and sometime stick users are not known for yoga ability, but i used to love yoga before, and giving up my wonky practice was a real blow at the time, because it was something i could still do a little. Just a short attempt at some very unstretchy yoga has made me feel buzzing! And full of energy. And taller. And my back feels AMAZING. God i miss exercise. Thats not true, i miss happy endorphins and the feeling after exercising. Like running, i hated it really, even though i was religious about it, i had to really convince my self everyday, but the feeling afterwards was so damn good!
I am so going to keep do ing this, in whatever way i can.0 -
anyone watching bbc2? 3 minutes of exercise is all that is required.
I'm believing it (not really)0 -

job done, throw the seeds in the bin and stick the telly on.
Full of horrible job interview questions from across the world (well, OK just one country really).
One of them involves a russian roulette scenario with two bullets put in adjacent chambers of a gun and then fired - but its an empty chamber this time (it's an air gun by the way, just the inteviewers hand). You've got to pull the trigger next but have the option of spinning the barrel first. Which of the two choices should you pick? They're only after the one right answer (and there is one).

If you don't spin, you have a 75% chance of survival. If you do, you only have a 67% chance. So it's better not to spin.
On the other hand, if you are 3rd, and the 1st two have just survived (without the second one spinning) then it would only be 50% if you don't spin, so you'd be better taking the 67% chance if you do spin.
Do I get the job?Do you know anyone who's bereaved? Point them to https://www.AtaLoss.org which does for bereavement support what MSE does for financial services, providing links to support organisations relevant to the circumstances of the loss & the local area. (Link permitted by forum team)
Tyre performance in the wet deteriorates rapidly below about 3mm tread - change yours when they get dangerous, not just when they are nearly illegal (1.6mm).
Oh, and wear your seatbelt. My kids are only alive because they were wearing theirs when somebody else was driving in wet weather with worn tyres.0 -

q1: why do you want to do this [job/placement/project]. It's a job, I need money.
q2: what are you brining to be party / why should we accept you? Because I'm honest and reliable and the rest of your staff look a bit slack.
q3: ask some technical question 42
q4: recent developments The Channel Islands will start to receive ITV2 and ITV3 from tomorrow if they retune their freeview boxes.
q5: so do you have any questions for me? Which one's my desk?0 -
