Finally, our busy season at work is over! It has been 4 months of extremely hard work. I love my job but it's been a very hard few months. We've been under resourced with more work volume coming through. Thankfully we have just taken on 20 new people!
I should be feeling great, however I've been off sick for the past week with vertigo, a rash and a virus. I finally feel like I'm on the mend (hence my catching up on diaries) but it's the worst I've felt in a very very long time. I've felt completely helpless.
On a positive note, we've paid off more debt and have only one loan left (which was taken out when I had my business). This is currently on the same rate as our mortgage but this expires next month. We are hoping to have enough money saved to pay this off. We will then be left with only the mortgage!
We're also sorting out possible universities for DS1 for next year - this is doubly difficult as he needs extra support due to his Aspergers. Plus he still has to pass this year's exams.
I'm also happy to say that I've sold a few items of crochet as well so this also adds some money into the coffers.
That's it from me for now. Don't want to push my luck with m vertigo. Take care. xDiary: Conquering Debts Once and For All

Nice to hear from you. Sorry to hear you've been unwell but glad you're on the mend.
Well done with the debt clearance, good luck with the loan.
