  • Morning :hello:

Not much on the cards today except the MEET - woohoo!

Lillibet, I have just texted you, then realised I think it's actually your hubby's mobile... please check your/his messages :D Come and see us later and have a hug :)

Just been on MSN chatting to Shez... little b******s...

Folks who are coming to the meet and are able to get there at the start, please do. We need to get a little group together from the beginning so that we can be easier to find by others - and bag a few tables and chairs! :)

Must be off, get dressed, get the paper etc.

    Rzl xx

    Morning All

Shez ((hugs)) lets hope one of them cut themselves on the broken glass. The police told me when ours was taken that they target older cars to break into and try and get in the house for newer cars to get the keys so remember folks keep your doors locked and your keys out of view.

Libbet know where your coming from on the washer front exactly the same thing happens to us, worked out its because I tend to put mine and DD things on a longer wash as they are paler.

Everybody going to the meet enjoy yourselves.

Not much on today until tonight, we are going to a posh cocktail party for my friends 30th and dd is staying overnight with grandma for the first time since she was 7 months old. I'm rather nervous of both events a) I'm not sure whether dd will be ok without me and b) I'm not used to posh dos and abit scared of making a fool of myself.

Anyway before then I need to put some soup ingredients in the SC put a wash load on and tidy up the toy box (again)

    Have a good day everyone

    Morning

Shez - so sorry about your car. It's all the hassle that comes with things like this that I can't stand.

    ((((BargainBabe))))

Just had cheese muffins hot from the oven for breakfast.

Got a BOGOF voucher for Wagamama through work so I think we'll drag the kids there for lunch today. And then I can just rescue some soup from the freezer for dinner. So supermarket can wait until tomorrow.

Really grotty day here. So not much going on.

    Take care.

Shez...sorry to hear about your car...same happened to my last car when I still lived in London, also right outside my house. I hope the little beggars get what they deserve. I know you're annoyed and upset right now. Please go to the meet this afternoon anyway...you'll still have a lovely time...and not going won't make your car better...please go and have a big drinkie for me....

    Hi everyone!
Back at work again but coming out to play this afternoon yipee!! I hope to get to the meet fairly near the beginning but can't for the life of me make head nor tails of the Southern online timetable and the train times they've put up. It'll be a suprise for me when I get to the station won't it!! I'm a bit nervous but also looking forward to it. So if you see a lost looking female with a yellow and red rucksack wandering around that'll be me!!
Not much OS today for obvious reasons:D but have managed to put on a dark load which I hope which magically hang itself onto the airer in my absence. Small person has soggy Wild Life Explorers this morning and I've left them with a stirfry for tea.
Tomorrow we're off for lunch with friends so other than the very basics no OS there either. Just aswell I've got a frozed malt loaf in the freezer for the HM lunches for this week.
Have a great weekend and dig out those crumpets. That's always my solution when the weather's cold and wet and you're stuck indoors!
