Has anyone confirmed an offer in the past day or so as they seem to be trying to renegotiate the offer I had agreed to (now only offering 10.25 months free and a Nokia 6280 - this doesn't look as good as the Sony Ericcson?). If yes, please can you let me know what deal they agreed?

yes i can confirm my offer is now in place, when i view my account online i see im now of talk and text 200 and my account is in credit of the ammount of £345

Any other updates guys ??? Was thinking of calling retentions and asking for the 18 month K610i/£345 credit tariff, but don't want to appear too keen. Still 16 days to go 'till ctt. end..........

Were those offered £345 credit on 18 month contracts previously?

I was only offered 10.5 months on a 12 months contract with the K610i (though admittedly I didn't ask about 18). I think that they said that it was applied as 9 months 1/2 price, plus a credit to make up the difference to 10.5 months free on a 12 month contract.

no mate i was on a 12 month contract previously, bought phone thru mobile rainbow and got all my cashback on 2 deals(court action required)

well wifes contract thats also in my name, not had any contact from 3 yet we will see, got another cashback deal sorted to make some money anyway so can always put that sim into her phone 500minutes /250 texts on vodaphone with a nokia n72 12 month contract on 12month free cash back and got £30 quidco lol so all them minutes a £160 to £180 phone when it goes on ebay lol nice..........

I just phoned 3 now asking about the T&T200 17months free on an 18 month contract and they said that tariff is no longer available! They offered me a new tariff - T&T300 with 200mins+100tx with 12 months half price (normal price £25pm!!) with no handset. what a rip off!

The problem is that the retention deals do appear to vary incredibly, depending on when your current ctt. ends. My other 3 ctt is on the 100+100 tariff, started last November and costs £6-odd for the year via direct bill credit at the start.

The ctt I have that ends in 10 days has been rather unproductive in terms of a retention tariff. My best offer was K610i on TT300 (200+100), £worked around £80 for the year, or same tariff no handset for £60.

They seem to change their offers all the time. My brother back in August was offered the K800i (was v new phone then) for 12 month contract, was £204 for the whole year, he got 1000 texts and 200mins.

Yes i can confirm i got the 17months free on 18 months deal with a sony k610i, i think 3 offer this has a last resort to keep you, i had 2 contracts but when 3 phoned twice my wife had the other phone and would not speak to her so i missed out on that one it was cancelled never mind, still waiting for my nokia n72 with 500 minutes and 250 texts on a 12 month free deal on vodaphone from phoneboxdirect .
