Kindle arrived yesterday via citylink, account closure and transfer already underway!

How do you go for closure? I mean I have transferred my money back, does that mean account is closed? Or I have to request for account closure.

Just tried to do transfer but says earliest date I can do it is 23 February? I have only just sent in my ID documentation so guess it's related to that.

Got the kindle yesterday. Now going to put it on ebay. Does anyone know the spec of the kindle. I don't want to open the box.
PS You can take the £5k but you can't put it back into any other isa again until next tax year
