Sheils glad you had a good weekend. I went to the Lake District many years ago (a coach trip for the day) when we were on holiday in Blackpool. Did you try any Kendal cake? The pictures are lovely.
Today was lovely here so I decided I would walk to the local shops to get the Daily Star. It was freezing outdoors. The Iceland voucher can be used upto 10th March.
The granddaughters called today and we all had a piece of the Bubbly Chocolate Bar, it was delicious but I would think twice about paying £1.42 for a bar.
Becks hope your eye gets better soon.
My daughter has been using the computer all afternoon so now I will try and do a few competitions.

So close to getting DD's Kermit bag from Cravendale now, can't wait to see her face if I can get it for her.

Any nice wins for March yet? Not much here, in fact not really won much this year but am doing Disney On Ice later this month which is a prize from last year then a Butlins holiday soon which was another win from last year.

Frosty here this morning but the sun is trying hard. Hope everyone is well today and ready for another comping week with lots of wins!
Thats the last day of all the "Look" comps I am trying to win thank goodness. Usually only want to enter one or two but been entering 6 for DH and me and sharing Would love to see kids faces if I won £500 New Look Vouchers especially DDs.

No we didn't try Kendal Cake - don't think we ever have. Have been to Kendal several times though as it is a nice place to stop when we are heading South. DH discovered a Butchers/Pie shop in Grange Over Sands though which he can't stop talking about - he stood outside it with his tongue hanging out! He did buy a pie for his lunch which he said was out of this world.

We had a bank appointment this morning too but have found a better deal but can't get through to cancel so tough I'm not trying again. Hate not being able to get through direct to the bank.:mad:

Postie bought another Waterstones book this morning. Thats 3 for March already. This time it was Chomp. best get reading whenever I can now

Just deletinh my memory cards so they are empty for tomorrow. Not that I expect to take many but take my camera just in case.
