    Have a lovely day Becks.

Grey and chilly here so I think I will follow Becks lead and have a day comping and watching DVDs.

Do you enter the many blog comps that follow the pattern of wanting us to follow on twitter and facebook as well as the blog site and do loads of comments? The ones that use Rafflecopter to make things easier - confuse me! Doh.

Sid I do the rafflecopter ones sometimes I just follow all the instructions given on the page. I did win a dvd off one of them. Think sometimes they put a lot of people off as looks more complicated than it is

Becks the Daily Star is 50p today and you get a £5 voucher for Iceland, you have to spend £30 at Iceland. Do not know if the voucher has to be used today. I was going to buy The Star but I was hoping you could use the voucher next week as I would have got my Shopping in Iceland on Monday. Anyway the weather is bad here (my excuse for not doing any gardening) and I walked so much yesterday my legs are sore (could have been the sprinting I done on Thursday from the Living Room to the front door HaHa) so I did not go to the shops.
The day is flying by and I still have no competitions done, I always get sidetracked when I switch the computer on will go now and try my luck.

    Hi everyone

I got a copy of The Pink Hotel this morning too - book number 34 of 2012. The postie rang at about 8.30 while we were both asleep so my OH went racing down the stairs while I leant out of the window and shouted to the postie to wait (as they tend to ring the bell and then leg it as fast as they can).

Also got the Aveda samples, a set of 3 books I won last week and the coffee I won last week, so a good day for post.

I work from home and can see the street outside from my desk - we have a bus stop just outside and often delivery vans sit there while the driver makes a call or while they work out where they're going next. It happens around half-a-dozen times a day, but I get excited every time!

Well the weather got much nicer here so I did not comp or watch dvd's and spent the day tidying the garden and chatting to neighbours who were doing the same or just passing by.

    Have a lovely evening everyone.

    Happy birthday nicnacnoo100.
