Hi everyone,

Was meaning to do lots of comps today but its not going to happen now! Been getting the washing and ironing done though so thats good.
Engineer been ,looked at cooker its just a silly connecter at the back that has burned out but needs to be ordered. Said he couldn't get back with the part until a week tomorrow so I have been on the phone to them for nearly an hour I think. Now the part is being sent by courier to the engineer and he is supposed to be back on Tues. How on earth can it take a week for a part to move from their warehouse to an engineer? British Gas gets parts for here from different companies the next day. O'h well must relax and think about our little break - DH hates the courtesy car and we can't open the boot either! :rotfl: We are going to enjoy ourselves no matter what. Already had neighbours quizzing us about the car as they can't understand why we have a small one parked in the drive.

Afternoons all

Had my 1st week but 2nd week of into to working in schools today, thought it would be about jobs in schools but turns out its about helping in schools, so not what i want to do but it's still helpful and LO gets taken off my hands for 2hours so its brill lol

He had lots of fun n fell sleep on way home now having a nap, windows are all open and the sound of singing birds is all I can hear, isn't spring lovely

In case I miss you Sheils have a lovely weekend away and hope the sun stays out for you

Hope all is well,I am fine today.Been to my church and the last laptop class,didnt help today really as not many people came.

I went on my Nintendo wii doing Keep Fit Plus and I did it for 30 minutes.went to chemist as well.

My dads dog has pinched one of my little cushelle koalas

My nan seems ok. I tried to give her company for as long as i could so she wasnt on her own too long. Hope she will beok tonight as first night on her own since she was in hospital.

WOW WOW WOW the signed poster is HUGE!!! but also priceless to me and OH. It's a full size movie poster (I was expecting a scaled down version but no it's the size of the things they hang in cnemas) and signed in gold marker by the 2011 British Superbike Champion Tommy Hill. No idea how I am going to get a picture until I can frame it or something but so so happy with it

First win of March has landed on the doormat... A copy of Putting Alice back together to review for Waterstones really pleased to get another one from them. This was posted on their fb page on 21st feb and there have been a few more since so hopefully in the Inn we will get lucky with the others too.
