Hi all,

I am relaxing in Premier Inn in Whitehaven with a nice voddie & coke! Premier Inn now give you 30mins a day free WIFI or £3 for 24 hours. Was really good yesterday at Lancaster and just used the 30mins last night and this morning but have just paid the £3 for tonight! We are having a lovely romantic break - well romantic for my DH anyway! We were at Wast Water Lake today which is normally all gloomy and spooky and we had sunshine.:rotfl:( Last time we were there some divers came out of the gloom and scared the life out of me). We had two disappointing phone calls though - wrong cooker part been sent to the engineer so I will need to stay in on Monday to wait on a courier and our new car didn't arrive on Friday. Car arriving Monday when loads of things have to be done and Tues engineer coming and its my birthday! Speak to you all again soon.

Went to Tesco to get my bubbly choc and my tropicana but got to till and because the tropicana voucher took £2.30 off and juice was £2.29 i had £1.41 left and bubbly choc voucher was £1.42 so wouldnt let her use both at once. So said id get the choc another day. Wish now i had just gone round again to a different till silly tesco and their habit of taking voucher full value off... Morrisons have to put in how much product was.

Iceland shop done and arrived and put away

Quite a few comps done but need to make tea now for OH

SueMaggie I am glad I do not have a bus stop outside my house (live in a cul-de-sac so no chance) I would be up and down like a yoyo everytime I seen a van coming. I work to 5pm Monday to Friday so its better coming home and finding a parcel at my door or a small packet in my hallway. I came home in November 2011 to find the delivery man had put a bike I won in my shed. It was so awkward to get out I had to ask one of my neighbours to help me. Its only the days I am at home when I see a van I think I must have won a prize. Usually it drives on by. I can always live in hope.
Becks that was miserable of Tesco for the sake of 1p. They should have give you 1p in change.
Glad Sheils you are having a good weekend, enjoy yourself and leave the irritations to sort out when you go home when you will be able to face them after a relaxing break. Hopefully within a week you will a spanking new car and your cooker working again.
Katie enjoy your chocolate tomorrow, I hope the granddaughters call tomorrow so I can taste the Bubbly Chocolate. To be honest when I went to Tesco's I bought some chocolate, biscuits and sweets as they are quite reasonable so between eating some of these and then I received some presents yesterday and one of them was a large box of Milk Tray I am chocolated out.

I had a nice evening,read an e-book on my Galaxy Tablet tonight and it was nice.I then went online to wait for my brother to come online and he did,got clean bedding on my bed tonight,Sorry to hear you have to wait until Monday for the car Sheils,enjoy your holiday in the meantime,thanks Dreams yes I will enjoy my chocolate tomorrow,I normally have chocolate on a Sunday and get it from my Newsagent so that will save me money tomorrow which I am happy about.

Morning all, well what a miserable morning it is here. Absolutely throwing it down. Where has spring gone?

Hope everyone has a good day. I am off to work until half four and then in laws for sunday dinner. Never get much comping done on a sunday and always such a quiet day email wise.

Snow!:eek: Did see some on some mountains in the Lakes on our way home but sun blazing away here in S.W. Scotland.
Have had a lovely time but now back wondering what I can cook in the microwave tonight
