Hi all.

Glad you enjoyed your break sheils, it looks a lovely place.

It's atrocious weather here today, wind, rain and really cold. Think I'll stay put!

Only post was a sachet of Maple Syrup from a radio comp, there was quite a nice little recipe book with it too, so I might try some of those out one day.

Have a good catch up with your Sister Becks. My Sister lives locally but the only thing we have in common is Dad. I really can't see us communicating much once he's no longer with us, very sad really.

I'm the same as you Sue - I have two sisters living under 2 miles from me and we only speak when we happen to meet each other. We are completely different with even more different partners.

Afternoon all, thanks for your lovely messages.

I also got some of that maple syrup on Sat forgot to post about it. Nothing interesting in post today thou, no interesting emails, maybe 2mora.

My sister lives few hours away and thats fine with me. She sits on her bum doing nothing all day and can't see why there is a problem with that, v different ppl who want different things in life. I've not seen her I don't think since July last year but I imgine she will be down for the funeral (think thats how you sp it)

LO had a great time at toddlers this morning and now sleeping away bless him, I'm trying to catch up on comps having done none yday

It is sad sheils. My Sister and her OH are gregarious people with a large group of friends and they love holidaying and socialising. My OH and I are completely opposite. We are happy with our own company, hate being away from home and very rarely drink.

Urgh every time i do my eye drops i can raste them at back of my throat about five minutes after I do them eye is looking loads better now though but have to finish the five day course. Luckily mot so many times now as it was every two hours for first 2 days.

Just watching 'Missing' on BBC and it's set in my home town Very weird to see places that I know on there.

:hello: Everyone,

Hope all is well,I am fine today.I went to the drs and went to coffee group for 11.45am.I then came back and had lunch,my post today was the book Chomp from Waterstones thanks Sue Maggie for letting me know already read a few pages and have more to read,its lovely for children so far and that is what I will be saying in my review.My Water was meant to be off today but hasnt happened so had to do pan of water,water in Filter jug and enough water in Kettle.Have to refill tomorrow as well up until friday,ironing got done last night and food shop done this afternoon so can relax all week
