Please don't take any notice of one stupid person trying to score brownie points, I'm not. None of us have said anything bad about the DWP if we were slagging the place off or naming names or doing this in work time, not that we have time to do anything but work that's a different matter. Yep. I think the word we are looking for here is "jobsworth".

Most of the information in this thread is readily available if you ring the recruitment line or pop into a jobcentre and ask one of the advisers.
