Just from interview. Scores from form & test got you through to interview.

Disappointed - a little - but I am really not sure that is the path I wanted to follow anyways so it is probably a blessing in disguise. I do know the issue I had was the entire competency based interview technique - I am so used to normal interviews regarding my knowledge and experience and what I did and trying to fit that into this format was not easy for me. Well good luck to those of you who have scored well and those still to interview. I hope the job offers do materialise and that the entire process wasn't a huge waste of time and money.

I am now going to go off and and make a cup of tea and a hot cross bun and then contemplate life moving on from here.

Lorac, so sorry to see this! Genuinely gutted for you. Just saw a later post from you, didn't realise you had already posted.

What's for you won't go by you, if you weren't sure about the job it definitely wasn't meant to be. You will have something better in the horizon Im sure of it!

It's ridiculous. As a said to my friend, if you get a 1 that means you didn't hit any of the points in the competencies, but if you hit them in your application what is going on?!

4 comps were the same as the written app, the 5th one was my second (back up) example as it (seemed) to fit better to the question I was asked - and I scored 2 for it . But two of my comps from the sift went from 7 and 6 to 1 from the interview - and I know I hit a fair chunk of the bullet points for both of them. But as I said the sift scores were given by another district and I really feel I should have interviewed in that same district when I had the opportunity - but too late for that now!!

I have totally let this go as I don't feel complaining would get me anywhere. I hope your friend is OK - I really don't think she should take it to heart - I'm not!!

Hi there, hope someone can help me, I see some people mentioning comp scores as well as interview scores. I can't see any comp scores anywhere on the CS website, is it me?! Where do I find them? Thanks.

Comp scores and interview scores are both located in feedback section.

Some areas weren't marked for competencies and were invited to interview, East London for example

Thanks, I guess Southern Wessex area didn't mark for competencies then as the only sections listed in the feedback section are Online Testing Feedback, Interview Feedback and Sifting Feedback (the latter still awaiting review).

Don't give up without exploring every avenue, put in a formal complaint they will have to hear your grievance. They can't just brush it under the carpet.
You would have got point(s) for communication.
You would have got points for talking about your competency
You would have got points for using 'star' technique.
Not really sure how the 9 points are broken down to award, but you deserve more than what they've given you.
I bet some !!!! has punched in the wrong figures.
CHALLENGE IT!

I wondered this about mine actually. For the three 8's it says 'very good example' on all of them, then there's a 7 where it says 'good example' then another 7 saying 'very good example' again.

I know it's only a mark but I wonder if that should have been an 8
