I know, 2009 really feels like Yesterday, same as you I was a 18 month FTA, I left just before contract ran out as I secured employment elsewhere, was so sad to leave like many of us, shows in how many people have reapplied, you obviously have no baby brain, my youngest is 8 and I still have it
bit concerned about a later post stating vacancy on hold, hope not or this will feel like deja vu.
I'm a 2009 FTA too... Bloody ridiculous if this has all been for nothing.. I thought I had completely flunked my interview after doing so well the first time round.. However.... although I didn't score the dizzying high scores some of you have, I am fairly pleased with my 8,8,7,8,7 ... I hope this hasn't all been in vain for all our sakes x0 -
After all the waiting my scores were shocking....I'm out the game!! Thank you all for your help, advice and support. Good luck to those still waiting on scores and everyone in the running for a top pick of placement. I've been pretty upset today, but I've no one to blame but myself. I have learned lots, and will be better prepared for future applications of a similar nature.

All the best for the future, every bit of experience in life should be taken as a positive though. At least you know where you can adapt next time. Take it as constructive and definitely DO NOT upset yourself over it, your dream job will be around the corner Im sure!

sorry to hear that. Such a shame, you're probably one of the great ones who have slipped through this silly competence net because you sound like a really warm and lovely person. Stupid bloody system.
Wish you all the best for the future, and don't beat yourself up for too long lady. x0 -
I interviewed in Glasgow on the 6th of March. Got my feedback scores yesterday. I got 77898. Feeling quite confident, but obviously dont want to count my chickens just yet..... I will post again when I heard the outcome to let other people know what kind of timescale they are expecting. All the best to everyone who applied. I was an FTA appointment recruited in the 2009 batch of jobs, which I think helped as I had been through the experience before, however at that point I was band B. Hope it works out, the money would be really handy!0

did most of you lot get asked to provide futher comp examples during the interview? is this very common?
the reason i ask my comps are ok/good from the selection test as they cover most points, but i dont want to use new ones i'm not 100% on. got my interview for north london. thanks0 -

Personally I didn't... However I am sure I have read on here that others have been. Not sure if that is because their original scenario didn't quite cover what they were looking for.
Good luck0 -
Application is still awaiting review. Tenth day today. Come on west London!0
