Thanks, oh they have not then!! It really is a long wait!

Does anyone know if you applied to two areas and were unsuccessful at the sift stage in one area and interviewed in another area if that means even if you pass the interview you will not be considered for the unsuccessful region? It really is a bizarre business!!! I have worked for the DWP previously on a FTA til March 2010 and I can't remember the application process being so long!!!!

Hey, nice to see your still on the forum (I feel like your actually my wee friend, strange eh? Was genuinely gutted for you yesterday when you shared your results!! Hope the police comes through for you though)

I have checked feedback and it still doesnt show anything :( It says that it is still awaiting interview feedback!!

My friend who had his on 29th hasnt heard anything either, so I know Im not the only one at least. Its really frustrating, especially when you find out that everyone else has had theirs. I feel like a big kid waiting for christmas to arrive, but the fear of disappointment lingers in the air too......

Just put me out my misery Glasgow......:wall:

Your home district would be considered as final scores ,which should have been communicated to other districts but due to teething problems in the new recruitment system it did not forwad the scores to all positions applied for. If you are pass at your home district , give a call to recruitment and ask them to change the status of other district from unsuccessful to under review. However if you are unsuccessful in your home district then it's better to wait n see. On principal they should not have given u an interview but if they have, it's their fault.. Yes it seems unfair but its post code lottery. Wish u good luck...

Still can't help but be cheesed off & deflated with my Interview Feedback days after receiving it.

    Building Capability -8
    Leading -8
    Customer Service -7

    But then...

Delivering a Professional Service -score of 6. Example ok, no real outcome as left before implementation

At a loss where that reason came from, I talked at length why it was a success on many levels...literally I gave several varied reasons why it succeeded, not just one reason.
So utterly untrue, not even slightly true, and that they might have misunderstood what I'd said.

Managing people -score of 6. Mark would have been strengthened had the financial side been brought into the example

Again, I talked several times about the financial aspect, both in the reasons for what I did/how I did it/why I had to do it like that. Then at the end when looking back in a reflective mood over how I'd do things differently/better now with more experience, I talked about the financial restraints placed upon me limiting my actions. It wasn’t like I zipped past the point in one sentence and they might have missed it. I really laboured it.

With all these amazing grades like 88888 flying in on this forum, I can’t help but feel swindled and out the running now with the two 6's. Like I mentioned a couple of pages ago...throughout the whole interview, my answers were not probed. It was like I gave a speech per question.

I'd have rather received feedback like, "I gave him a 6, because he was ugly".

Well I'm out of the running for this.

Received 3 failing grades and 2 passing.

I got scored low for the ones I waffled about the whole competency trying to tick boxes and scored the highest on a basic answer that covered the point straight away.

Also seems like I got marked down for one because I "answered the question after being prompt".

Well 66,000 applicants nationwide, I didn't expect much...

Had interview this morning... standard questions although I wasn't able to use the examples from the original application as they just wouldn't have answered the question. So, I had to think fast...

Scores already up - all 7s. Am pleased with this, and thrilled that the scores are there so fast so I don't have that to stress over any more.

    Que sera sera...
