One girl who scored extremely high scores has provided a document which she knows is being used in the process so she had an unfair advantage. We have interviews getting scores of 4s in the sift and people telling them what to say to get a higher score. She obtained the document before the interview. She should be ruled out asap. She had an unfair advantage.
What on earth are you talking about? What document are you refering to?Some people are being interviewed with notes. How can there be an interview when the interviewee is sat there with an a4 sheet of what to say.
It actually states in the interview documentation from the DWP that notes are allowed and when I asked the interviewers in my interview if it was OK to refer to them they said absolutely.DWP should demand all the names of the posters who have got help from this site who have rigged the system to pass the interview should be taken away.
How have people rigged the system? Offering advice is not rigging the system - it is being supportive.It states that all applicants must act with integrity AND NOT obtain information that would give them an advantage.
All interviewees should be given the same conditions!!!!
Well that is never going to be the case otherwise everyone would be interviewed by the exact same panel and get the exact same questions.
This post makes no real sense and I guess whoever is behind it has failed their interview and wants to find someone to blame.0 -

All we've done on here is offer advice on competencies: the same advice that is available on about 50,000 websites if you google it...

Trust me, no ones broken any government rules here, nor put anyone at an unfair advantage. We've just helped the people who had the temerity to ask for it.0 -

I'm the same year and not especially mature for my ageI think its sour grapes rather than immaturity.
