So Black Country took forever to get interviews out but then get interview results up in hours whereas other areas are taking forever - still nothing from Staffs/Shrops. Well done though - all 7's leaves you with a total of 35 - fingers crossed that is good enough for a job offer.

Anything which is 4+ is good, yours score looks OK. The rest depends on luck actually, its possible to have 20 marks in one district and get offered a position and 40 in another and being put onto waiting list( in case , the vacancies are filled by internal staff, or due to cut in the budget- etc- the actual funds for the next years still to be released so the number of the vacancies are not confirmed)

So hope till the end of this excercise and cross anything corssable

I just found this site and I think its an absolute disgrace.

There are alot of posters being told how to pass the system. So there are alot of incapable people going through the process because they know how to get through.

One girl who scored extremely high scores has provided a document which she knows is being used in the process so she had an unfair advantage. We have interviews getting scores of 4s in the sift and people telling them what to say to get a higher score. She obtained the document before the interview. She should be ruled out asap. She had an unfair advantage.

Some people are being interviewed with notes. How can there be an interview when the interviewee is sat there with an a4 sheet of what to say.

DWP should demand all the names of the posters who have got help from this site who have rigged the system to pass the interview should be taken away.

Karins who apparently works for dwp should be sacked on the spot. Its a disgrace that people have had interviews knowing what they are going to be asked and how to answer it word for word.

No wonder this country is in this state. We are basically employing robots and cheats.

It states that all applicants must act with integrity AND NOT obtain information that would give them an advantage.

I agree with you there. Still cant believe the way my interview went. There was this man who was not interested at all in whatever I had to say. Kept asking me questions that were not relevant to the competency question asked. Never allowed me to finish any question and was always quick to ask about the outcome.
Some are lucky some are not depending on who you meet in a given day.

Hysterical much?? The recruitment pack says you can bring notes and the document you mention is available on the internet for anyone to find. We haven't been sharing top government secrets here :rotfl: Anyone can view this forum and use it to help them - no unfair advantage there!

Guessing if you'd find this site a few weeks ago you'd be less:mad: and more:D

Methinks it should be "Why are you so bitter woman?" going on her name. And if 1988 is her birth year, it may partly explain a level of immaturity. More probably a disappointed candidate who's only just discovered that there was a mountain of advice and help available here that could have helped her (or it might be him i suppose!)

I dont understand what document you are talking about, never seen anyone mention anything on this thread about it. I think its good to over prepare and the STAR technique is available anywhere on the internet. I have found this forum very supportive and have certainly not been provided with any answers from anyone, otherwise people would all pass the interview instead of failing.... no cheating has took place
