You're on the right tracks but your question will not be so obvious as to point out a sub-heading. It'll be more like "Tell me a time when you had to improve poor customer service" or "Give me an example of when you helped your team to provide an excellent service to customers". There is little point in trying to memorise answers and better to know your examples inside-out as you'll need to adapt your example around the question.

The example you give will need to cover both sub-headings to get a high score.

Hi, sorry probably should have made myself clearer. Out of all 5 competencies I was asked for examples of I was only asked one question for extra info/to ellaborate, all the others they just said they had nothing to add and lets move on.

what are some of the questions people were asked about the building capability competency i would just like to know so to ensure that i can adapt my answer to fit a range of questions as my example is very specific to what actions i carried out but quite broad in terms of the area it covers (if that makes sense).

Im trying to find a balance between each subheading, any examples would be greatly appreciated

Just had my interview feedback for Worcs/Coventry (did interview 3rd March, think they finished on 10th March).

8,7,7,8,6

At least it's over with now, I think the 6 might let me down but I can stop checking the cs jobs site which is a relief.

Is there anyone else on here who has had their interview scores for SE Wales apart from athenajm and debbie doo (who both had excellent scores). Feeling a bit nervous now as I don't think my score (77666) will be good enough for a job offer. Might get me on the wait list as before but nothing came of that! Really would like to back into DWP again after 2 years as fta AO. Also feel that I may have limited myself by only putting 2 locations on my form
I live in hope! Interviews run untill March 18 according to my interviewer so still another week to go. All I need is bucket full of patience!!!

Congrats... I m sure u will be offered a job with these great score. How many days they took to communicate the feedback scores? I m waiting for the last 9 days.... Hopefully something will come up tomorrow.

would someone be able to advise me on wether my building capability example covers what the interviewer is looking for, all my other examples seem to fit the criteria but my building capability example is giving me cause for concern..........
