OH MY GOD!!!! Just had my interview marks back, I was convinced I did really badly as not only did the interviewers keep asking me questions but at times they'd repeat the questions 'yeah but can you tell us HOW' even after I thought I'd answered it. Anyway, my scores are 3*8 and 2*7!!!!!! So chuffed, I love my interviewers now, wish I could give them a big hug and kiss!!

Good luck everyone, and remember, even if you think you b*ggered it up, as with me, you might have done a lot better than you thought!

  • Hi, for those who had there interview; quick quesiton.

you know the form to provide details to cover the whole 3 years, did you simply put down you Employers/college's name, or your supervisors/tutor for example. thanks

I wrote down names, address and contact information for each. If you have attended college, you write the college name and address, tutors name and contact no. and the course you did; I was asked to provide a learning agreement or a certificate or a letter from the tutor stating the course and dates I attended.(I didn't take this at the time, but am due to go back to them tommorrow with a tutor letter)

    Hope that helps.

I have got the following scores for sift, 6-6-7-5-6 for Birmingham & Solihull. They changed from all 1's. I am referred to this feedback for BC also. No other update from BC so far.

The strange thing is that my partners scores have still not changed from all one's. The BC feedback refers her to B&S feedback, which is still all 1's. Her Staff & Shrop feedback was under review but it was updated with this yesterday:

2You have applied for several vacancies and your application can only be screened once. Please see feedback for Birmingham where you have been selected for interview."

All this is so confusing. The helpline guy had said we both should not have interviews at Birmingham but BC. He however advised us to hold on to our Birmingham interview and asked us to wait.

All the guys who have interviews over the next few days, wish you all the best. Pray you can get over your nerves & shine through it. If anyone wants to be generous enough to share any interview questions (especially from B&S & BC region) please PM me but I understand if no one wants to :)
