Checked feedback (with hands over my eyes) on CS after I saw athenajm had theirs back. We both applied for same area and had interviews on Monday. Hopefully you will hear soon, good luck!

Excellent - thanks for that feedback! I will just keep checking then! haha! Im the same as you, hands over eyes approach will come in to play..... :P

Well done. It sounds as if they really liked you and were willing to dig to get the info they wanted. You should be over the moon with those scores as I suspect 9's are not given out as that would imply perfection and no one is perfect. So your 8's are probably as high as you could get in an external interview. Hopefully a job offer will be following in the not to distant future :beer:

It could be that your area will upload interview results all at one time so will wait for everyone to be interviewed before they provide feedback. Again each area appears to be doing their own thing.

Its just such a pain when everyone does things different, howver I have to say I find this whole process a tad exciting!! Most excitement I have had in my life in a while anyways :rotfl:

I agree - it's just a pain when you see others receiving interviews/results and you are still left waiting!!

I do have a question regarding competencies. My interview is this upcoming Monday and as I am going over my competencies I am realising that the ones I have done for Delivering a Professional Service and Delivering a Customer Focused Service respectively could actually be swapped and fit better into the underlying sub-categories of the other category. I am therefore tempted to switch those two for the interview - has anyone else found this/done this? I scored a 6 and a 7 on the written competencies.

Terrific! Well done! I haven't been on here for quite a while, but just noticed this. You're in with a good chance there I would say.
I have my interview on Saturday so I'm feeling a bit jittery now!:eek:

I did that in my interview, but I explained to them I was going to to it first and wanted to know if that would score me down if I changed. They said it didnt matter if you swapped, they scored you on the competence at the interview - like it was a fresh slate, so to speak....

My 'leading' competence that I had wrote had said - POOR EXAMPLE and they had lifted my points from another example I had provided as I had only given them a job description as opposed to a specific example. That is the one that I changed in the interview.

They ask a specific question anyway, so the must expect people to change their competence on the day
