I've got my interview for thames valley on Thursday and just wondered is it true that we can take notes in to the interview with us?

Yes you can, I took some bullet pointed notes on postcards.

Maybe they are only being advertised intrenally at the moment as I believe mommarat works for the DWP?

Nope... I'm searching as internal, and it only goes down as far as a G6 stg 3.

There were two on the panel and they asked me questions around the 5 competencies, nothing that didn't fit but only because I literally matched every point on the framework lol..
From memory they were :
Give me a time you have had to communicate with impact
Give me a time you have had to give direction
A time when you have managed performance over a period of time (think I forgot to mention the time scale on mine though, lol)
A time when you have presented a professional image of an organisation
A time when you have had to tailor your service to a customer

They only me asked me a couple of follow up's one completely floored me 'what have you learnt' - I couldn't think of anything, obviously now I can think of loads of things, lol

AND TO WANDAFISH - THERE WAS NOOOOOOO TEST!!!!

Thanks for this KT. Which area were you interviewed for? The 'tailor your service to a customer'.....what comp would you say that relates to folks???! Im a bit thrown by that one!
