Hi everyone, I have just got back from my interview!!

I was seen pretty much straightaway after having my documents copied.

There were 3 interviewing me and they took turns asking about a different competancy. I did get very specific questions though regarding the competancies so I had to think on my feet as some of my examples didn't cover what they asked.

Therefore my tip for everyone is to make sure you have more than one example for each competancy as I had to think on my feet for a couple and got a bit flustered.

Just checked my status AGAIN! My Shrops/Staffs has gone back to situation test completed after being application on hold for the past 2 and a half weeks. Got a bit excited but everything else is still the same. Might be worth others for this area checking. Good luck

might be a very long wait for some people, just spoken (again) to the RL and this time I was told that many people will not be told they are unsuccessfull until after all the interviews have taken place in case they don't get enough (quality) people to fill the posts, he said it would save them rejecting you then having to come back to you in a few weeks time and ask if you're still interested!!
how long can they string it out FGS!!!

Dont give up hope, as long as there are interview spaces your still in with a shot
Theres space for most of us, so fingers crossed we will all be DWP colleagues quite soon :T

Give me a time you have had to communicate with impact
Give me a time you have had to give direction

They only me asked me a couple of follow up's one completely floored me 'what have you learnt' - I couldn't think of anything, obviously now I can think of loads of things, lol

AND TO WANDAFISH - THERE WAS NOOOOOOO TEST!!!!
