;51398485]So competencies have/are being marked in E London. Would imply that not everyone who gets 61%+ will automatically get an interview.
A friend of mine wrote very, very vague competencies and got an interview. So if they are being marked, they're not being marked very well.

I just don't think I was confident enough. And there was no opportunity to get the interviewers onside or show personality. I must have appeared as an over nervous idiot. On reflection, I think I describd three fairly strongly and two were weak. But they were constantly note taking, so, maybe they got nough.

Vwgirl I've been trying to find where I read "scores will be posted shortly after your interview online" but I can't find it anywhere. Let us know if you get yours.

I would be very worried if they are not note taking and that is when you would be prompted more. As in your case since they have been constantly note taking, you must have been saying the right things. Experienced interviewers are aware that candidates will be nervous and it is their job to ease you into the interview. Therefore do not worry, relax and just wait for the outcome. You have done your bit. Good luck.

*sigh*. I should really stop speculating. It's futile until I've received my invite/rejection.

This really wasn't thought through well at all...

You'll be fine. Hope and patience.....

I wonder quite a lot of things at the moment.

    Still nothing from B&S/BC :(

JessStar, competencies have definitely not been scored for the ones who have already received interview invites for E.London. As for the rest of us....who knows! I told my best friend this morn, if I don't get an interview despite scoring better than her and after having worked so hard on finessing my competency evidence, oh I dunno....couldn't think of a threat....:think:The only thing I could do under the circumstances is confirm with the recruitment line that my application actually exists in the system and hasn't gone MIA in some dark cyber-lacuna.

:TGood luck! Please don't dread the interview - it should be fairly straightforward going by everything I've read (especially on this fantastic forum) and experienced (in my other better pre-DWP-application life). Suggest a printout of the competency framework, the 5 examples (& perhaps a reserve or two) you'll be using written down in detail; if possible have someone do a couple of test-runs with you. I know mock-interviews have really helped me.

Do come back and post your thoughts on the interview, thanks.
