Oh and heading of the email was:

    cleardot.gif
    Invited to 1st Interview

Why 1st? Will there be more than one then? LOL

May have just shot myself in the foot but I have withdrawn from B and S to try and get some kind of score from one of the three areas I do want to work in. Birmingham was too far for me anyway but after the 5 x 1 fiasco didn't want to take the risk of them copying over to my other areas. Brum wasn't my home area but had put the score on first. Just have to see what happens. Best of luck to everyone who has interviews booked

Just getting the first one seems to be a bonus in this process!! lol. Just wondering how you can prepare competencies without getting feedback on your written ones, you won't know what was good and what needs 'touching up'??

    just one interview, no test.
Interview breaks down into 5 minutes for the chair to do introduction, scene setting, 5 minutes for each of 5 competencies and 5 minutes summing up.
In reality most will last around 40 minutes.
Chair and interviewers will then look at their notes and compare to indicators I posted earlier and agree a score, you will also be scored on communication.
Any area with a score under 4 will be a fail.
Once all interviews are completed you will be placed in merit order and then posted according to vacancies.
Interviewers usually have no more information than your name and will not be aware of your sift or on line test score.

No competencies feedback, still "under review" but new tab on the left when I logged on following the email with "First Interview" something and clicking on that - dates/times came up.

Just got an email confirmation for my booked slot....

    Woo East London News.

Can I ask what your test score was since your competencies haven't been marked?

I have a friend who got an interview offer this morning also for East London and her competencies have not been marked either. I want to gauge whether it's worth me staring at my email inbox all day....

Good luck mommarat. Hopefully the system is up to such a technical challenge! :D - check your applications are still there for the other areas if I were you... :)

My test score was 71 but when I spoke to Recruitment Helpline they have told me that for East London the pas mark was only 35%
