    thanks, but the scores dont' seem to match what seems to be good/ok feedback. scores such such as 4 when it say i meet most of the indicators. thanks again.

  • Hey all,
    Can someone shed any light on this? I got 4,5,4,5,3 on my comps, a message at the bottom said this feedback does not mean you will or won't get an interview. With an online test score of 98%.
    Any have it on good authority that any 3 means definitely no interview?
    Sorry I know we are all speculating, but any comments would be appreciated.

    I have also received an email for North Wales saying my competencies were not good enough and thus not proceeding to the next stage of the process. It's really frustrating as I scored 98% Percentile. I was an EO on an FTA contract for 18months and that ended 6months ago only for the positions to be re-advertised. All of my competencies were based on my Job role at the JC which I think might have been my downfall. My competencies were 3 4 4 2 4 so looks like below 4 and you're out!

    I didn't get any competency marks, just a rejection email. Used to work there as an AO for nine years until six years ago and my partner still works there so I'm confident about writing the competencies (done it many times). Pamoja - where in the district did you work?

    Still crossing my fingers for the Welsh-speaking posts as they might not have had as many applying
