Just had another rejection e-mail for the same post I had the e-mail from the other day but worded differently.
Just seen on there the following...

Please note – if you have applied and are successful at the application stage for more than one vacancy you will only be required to attend one interview

hi all applied for an EO post Hants area having completed the online test and just found out that i have an interview in a couple of weeks. first time i have ever applied and have a background of 14 years of supporting young people into work and training - including helping them to get benefits/ESA etc. i have looked back at lots of previous posts and there are mentions of competencies and questions asked etc. i received lots of info that i need to take to interview and there was a competency framework included in this info. can i ask does anyone know if this is what they base their questions around ? is there other tests to be completed on the day ? i have no idea what to expect and would like to go fairly prepared.

any help or support on what to expect would be greatly received - including any info on types of questions asked etc. also not sure what people mean when they are discussing in previous posts scores. are you talking about the scores for the online test ? if so how do you know what score you got - no one told me i just received an invite to an interview .....

If it was for an EO job with the jobcentre your score will be under feedback for your test and competancies if you applied externally. If it was internal I don't think you had to do the online test.

I've written a letter with some suggestions relating to their process, but I want it to get to someone who will actually read and respond to it (as they're probably being deluged with complaints over their competency scoring at the moment).

If anyone knows who I ought to address this to for this purpose, please PM me. Even an FAO in an email header would be useful.

I can't wait to see my scores for the other areas I applied for at least I know they can't get any worse. I have no feedback for any of my comps so no reason why they are marked as they are. Don't get me wrong I wasn't expecting high scores but was confident I had done enough to get to interview (silly me). I am wondering if they are being looked at properly today or if the sifters have been told it has to be done today and are rushing at Brum they were giving higher scores than anywhere else at the start of the week but those of us having marks from them today are getting low scores. I would be interested to know the scores of others marked in Birm today. I don't really want to go there to far to travel but I hope it doesn't affect my other areas.

Got through at last!!

lady on the phone said they are HOPING to be finished the scoring over the weekend and will send out e-mails for interviews or rejections WC 20th of FEB, she also said that only internal people had been invited for interview so far and that no external candidates will have been e-mailed about it yet!!

But they have. I am an external candidate and I have got an interview. Conflicting information I think. But, I still have no "scoring" information.....
