Complaints
DWP recruitment processes are underpinned by the principle of selection for appointment on merit on the basis of fair and open competition as outlined in the Civil Service Commission Recruitment Principles ( I m not allowed to post the links as a newbie)
If you feel your application has not been treated in accordance with the Code and you wish to make a complaint, you should contact the person responsible for the recruitment exercise in the first instance.
If you are not satisfied with the response you receive from DWP, you can contact the Office of the Civil Service Commision
I am not allowed to put the links grrr but it can be found by going to DWP website About DWP - Working for DWP - How to apply - Recruitment standars and policies
Hope nobody needs too though0 -

Have you had your scores yet? Done any housework? :rotfl:
It's nice that you want to apologise halt but you could do that in a PM without giving your phone number.0 -

I think the way the question was framed was misleading; it said :
Enter your statement describing your skills and experience against the stated competence. (not to exceed 200 words)
There's a difference in 'give an example where you have met the requirements of the competency '
and "describe......'
Plus the link took us to the framework...
For all of us who tried hard to meet the different requirements in the framework...
Am I making sense...lol...or lost it!!!!0 -

Total sense. "Give an example" is more specific. But I'm going for other jobs now. End of the week was the wait time and now I've no clue how long it'll take.0 -

I'll be working as a financial assessor for Student Finance England. Really looking forward to beginning the job and came to the conclusion that working for the Job Centre probably isn't for me (too sensitive and not thick-skinned enough). Very best of luck to you xx
I want to say well done too! That's great news. Major congratulations! :T0
