She said I can appeal - was concerned about that as may make me look a moaner from the outset BUT she said it would good to appeal as shows that we are aware of the inconcistencies and that the DWP should be made aware - or something like that
I did read earlier that someone was querying as they received a 2 from one district and a 7 from another so you could wait and see what their outcome is 1st too
Did she say how you can appeal Angelina - what the process is?0 -
I didn't just do one example for each competency and gave examples which were more like statements. Reading the comments above, that seems to be what has got some people low marks.
Mr three applications for 3 Scottish regions all say awaiting review.
Pretty worried about it all.0 -

I did one example for each competency and used 'I' instead of 'we'. My examples had a start, middle and end and all described situations from when I worked for DWP [as an EO] before. In B'ham they seemed to like my examples but Black Country didn't.
I did have to cut down these examples from 250 words to 200 words to meet the new word limit requirements. Perhaps I cut out the 50 words which actually needed to stay in? hehe:rotfl:
I think that if I get an interview I will use the same examples over again but add to them [and of course there won't be a 200 word limit]0 -

I don't want anything to be about me but unfortunately i'm having to defend myself from people singling me out - which then does make it about me! Even after posting this you have carried on in reply to another post saying 'I hope Mark is not in your area'.
If you can point me in the direction of something I've said that has offended everyone then I'll happily apologise. If not then I suggest we leave it there and let people get back to talking about the job.
And for the record I have been on the dole and I think I would be really good at the job.
It was me. I am so sorry it came out wrong. Ring me OK? 078459035630 -

Thanks for that. I'm still waiting for scores in one area and still have no comments under my competency scores for the other area, so I know I've failed in that one, just don't know why! Grrrr, its so frustrating being in this limbo!:mad:0 -
Dear Markymark
Feel awful now. So sorry. Wasn't getting at you personally.
